CAPE ESCAPE !!! Fully Renovated Located in the heart of Cape Cod , this newly renovated house , can offer you everything for your amazing vacation on Cape Cod. Located in very private neighborhood and at the same time very close to beaches ( Dowses , Craigville beach , Loop beach and Sandy Neck beach) , ponds ( Hamblin pond, Middle pond or Mystic Lake) , golf clubs, shopping, coffee places , liquor stores , restaurants and many more...All new kitchen, bathrooms , furniture , bedding , towels.

The house have 4 bedrooms ( plus surprise bonus room for kids ) 2 full and 1 half bathroom. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the first floor of the house . New bright kitchen with breakfast snook and specious living area with cozy fireplace. Everything faces wraparound deck with fenced private backyard.

The home was lovely, and full of most everything a person could want. It was clean, well-appointed, and in a walkable neighborhood. (It's on a cul-de sac) We enjoyed the covered deck which had a table with four chairs, and there was a fire pit on the opposite side. There was a picnic table in the yard, and we were able to find an umbrella for it in the garage. My 7-month-old grandson had his choice of a large crib or a smaller pack-and-play. The basement had a stationery bike and a rower. Everyone's bedroom had a comfy bed, and an equally comfy chair. The window air conditioners worked well. We weren't far from the beach or shopping, although we still needed drive to get there. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Kami was responsive to my questions. That's a big deal in my opinion. I definitely recommend this home for your next vacation!

Clean, well appointed, great layout for three couples. We didn't have young children with us, but the fourth bedroom with two twins and the playroom would be great features for a family with kids. Deck was comfortably furnished for relaxing at the end of the day, and the yard was great for games. Kami quickly responded to the couple of questions we had. We had additional family members over for supper a couple of evenings and there was plenty of parking in the driveway to accommodate extra guests, and people could move easily between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Appreciated being able to store our bikes in the garage! Neighbors were all friendly when we went out for runs, bike rides, etc. Grocery was nearby, and easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants.

Kami was very responsive, messaged us 2 hours early allowing us to check in as the cleaners had finished and responded to any/all inquiries immediately. Home is beautiful and fit our family perfectly!

This house was perfect in just about every way? Kami, our host, thought of everything, including trays and snacks greeting us upon arrival. Incredibly well equipped kitchen, all towels, linens, soaps, shampoo and more were plentiful. Craigv
