This 4 bedroom beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is available for rent with new interior furnishings . This home is a new listing and features great outdoor space including a new large deck with a private pool, open space plan, and a wonderful front porch. We have created a free flowing space connecting the interior living space to the outdoor entertainment.
This newly updated home in Fire Island is perfect for your family vacation or friends getaway.

Exceptional construction, design, and furnishing including a heated salt water swimming pool and mahagony deck.
The house is fully air-conditioned, has great light exposure , with a spacious custom kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer & dryer.

1st Floor: 1 Large queen bedroom sleeps 2 people and includes a full bathroom for guests. There is an open concept kitchen layout, a large spacious living and dining area with high ceilings creates a bright and airy feel. A large cute Den/Family room or 5th Bedroom off the living area on the 1st floor can accommodate extra guests or friends with extra sleeping sofa bed, flat screen tv and add'l seating for adults or kids.

2nd Floor: 3 Spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a large hallway separating rooms for privacy.

There are a number of luxurious amenities that also come along with this house. In house sonos sound system, flat screen Tv's, free wifi, weber bbq, fire place, towels & linens, dishware, keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, and gorgeous furnishings.

There are bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, games and toys all on site and so many great amenities located in town including: restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, gourmet deli, art, yoga, and tennis all in close proximity. Around the corner 1.5 blocks away there’s basketball courts, a baseball field and an outdoor playground. The beach is located just right outside the door with immediate access steps away. Ocean Beach also offers Camp for children on a weekly basis for 1/2 and full days subject to availability which is walking distance down the road.

This home is located in the Village of Ocean Beach, a family friendly community that is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

*Please note, we do NOT rent just weekends or 2 nights.
*This ocean beach house has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement for renters.
*This rule is does not apply to families with children.
*We can offer you a 5% discount if you book 45 days in advance in the Months of September -November.

*Summer/Fall Rentals are Weekly or Monthly. 6 Night minimum required. Monthly discounts offered.
Rental dates are flexible and specific exceptions will be made. (check-in is typically Monday 4pm and check out on 10am Sundays)

*All guests must sign a lease and fill out guest information form including a photo license
to gain access to rent property and approval.

Had a wonderful week with family and friends. House was in a prime location, convenient to the beach as well as town and Seaview. Owner was very accommodating and provided all of the info and recommendations we needed to have an easygoing week.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Beach home! The location was ideal, and it was tough to choose each day between the ocean, the town, and the private pool (we opted for them all). David was a phenomenal host! His communication was the best we have ever encountered in a vacation rental. We learned things that will simplify our future Fire Island vacations forever. His hospitality was above and beyond. I highly recommend this rental for a memorable stay on Fire Island!

Stayed for a long weekend with my family (2 young kids) and my parents. We have been renting in ocean beach for years and this property was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It’s exactly as advertised; clean, great location, and tons of space for a beach house. Owner was very responsive, communicated all info needed in advance, and did everything he could to make us comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The house has an open first floor plan that was perfect for ages 21 months to 4 year olds. It was easy to watch them and cook. Light and airy. The seating in front of the tv fit all 6 adults and three children comfortably. The pool was perfect with warm filtered salt water instead of chlorine. And the outside deck had lots of room to play or lounge with a great outdoor shower. The bedrooms were great sizes that easily fit a pack and play along with the queen or king sized beds. One bedroom had a trundle bed and bunk beds. Perfect for the kids. Dave was easy to work with and a great host. I can't imagine any group type not being happy with this house.

Our recent vacation at this property was absolutely wonderful! The house's location was amazing, offering easy beach and town access. The property was impeccably clean, and the pool provided a delightful escape. We would also like to extend our appreciation to David, the property manager, for his exceptional service. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend this property and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

Great location in town!! A few blocks to the beach and few to the main town area. Super convenient for the whole family and all ages. The kids loved the beach and biking around the island. The adults loved going into town for dinner and drinks. The area of the island has a great mix of super family friendly and great night life for adults. The only thing is you need to take a ferry to the island but it was really a nice way to kick off the vacation. This was our first time to Fire Island and we didn't realize there is no cars aloud on the island during the summer season but it makes it super safe for kids riding bikes etc. Not having a car and having everything at our fingertips was really spectacular. Can't wait to go back next year with my family.

Great home in Ocean Beach on great block, close to the ocean and short walk to town. The house has everything you need to relax and unwind. Pool is nice size for kids to swim. David, the owner is very responsive and was happy to answer any questions. My family and I hope we can stay again in the future.

Deck and pool were awesome Location: Closer to the beach than town and seemed like a prime spot This is a beautiful house in Ocean Beach and every part of the process was smooth. We had a wonderful time at this house. 4 good sized bedrooms (+ an extra room for sleeping but we didnt need), comfortable beds/sleeping arrangements. AC worked great. We had 2 little kids and grandparents with us. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas and bikes to use (lightens the load when you don't have to bring your own). Very short walk to the beach, a little bit further to town (closer to ocean side which was a plus for us). The house was very clean and up to date. Great kitchen/common area, internet/tv setup. Pool and deck in the back was amazing. The houses on FI are obviously very close together but you felt very private here. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!

Beautifully furnished home about 5 houses from beach and a leisurely 7 minute walk to town. The house and the outdoor space were very comfortable in every way. We all loved the outdoor shower! We were there in late June and the only downside of the property was pool was too cold to enjoy (about 77 degrees) even though it was solar heated. The only downside of our stay was that the owner had an interrogative verbal screening style prior to our arrival to ensure that we were responsible guests. We’re a late fifties professional couple with 5 responsible adult children who’d be in and out during various times of our stay - but the fact that there were 5 kids seemed to have set off an alarm with the owner. We completely understand that the owner was protective of his property but we felt like we needed to be on our best behavior during our vacation. He made it clear that the neighbors would keep an eye on us. After a few days we got more comfortable and really enjoyed the property and Ocean Beach.

We stayed for a week over Labor Day. The house was clean, modern, and family friendly. Location was perfect, right near the beach and town. David the host was extremely responsive and helped us every step of the way. We were 2 families of adults and kids and all had a wonderful time. We will definitely book again for next summer. Highly recommend!!! This is the perfect Ocean Beach house!

My extended family and I recently stayed at this house for a week, with family ranging from grandparents and children (under 2 years old). The location is perfect (a few houses from ocean and down the street from main part of town with restaurants and grocery stores). The house itself was great - open layout downstairs off a gorgeous deck set up with a pool that was perfect for young children. The owner provided everything we needed - plenty of towels, a wagon, beach umbrellas, and even 9 bikes - made for a fantastic weekend. The owner gave us all the information we needed ahead of time (including how to pre-order food delivery from the mainland) and responded to any last minute questions via text that we had during our stay. Overall, wonderful family vacation and totally recommend this home and this owner!

This is a great house for a couple of families to share! We had a wonderful week. We've never stayed in a house with a pool in Fire Island before and it was such a nice bonus for our young kids. Kevin was very communicative and even went out of his way to get an extra kid bike for us. Thanks for a great week!

This house is newly renovated and on the perfect block in Ocean Beach. A quick walk to the beach or a convenient store right at the end of this block for any last minute items you might need. The owner is so kind and accommodating. He will provide you with all the information you need while staying in Ocean Beach. If you have a question he will give you his direct cell phone number for a prompt response. This house is not only in a great location but newly renovated, clean and neat with a pool.... Great everything all around.!!!

Our family had a great time and made great memories. We were looking for a place to rent with a pool and Davids place was perfect. Our small kids absolutely loved having the option to play all day in the pool or take a short walk to the beach. The house is centrally located with a short walk to the town. We had everything we needed and David was super responsive via text. We'd be happy to stay there again !

Even before you get to the house, you know it is going to be great. David is wonderful to work with and his attention to detail and care is impeccable. The house is immediately warm and inviting. Well designed and laid out, beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you need. The pool is especially delightful! We had a wonderful week with family and friends and we are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

My family and I had a great stay at David's Ocean Beach house. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children ages 2-6. The house was perfect for us all to enjoy comfortably and the layout was great for the family. The house itself was furnished very nicely and was totally clean and well equipped. It felt clean and fresh. The kitchen had all the necessities and then some, we didn't come across anything we wish we had that wasn't there. It was nice to have the extra living room downstairs for the kids to be entertained in while the adults were in the main area. Central air was comfortable.The pool was great. Its nice that it was heated to a comfortable temperature even though we were there late in the season. The pool is not huge, but it was perfect for cooling off and mostly the kids were in it a ton! The back deck was a great spot to hang out and relax and the outdoor shower was amazing (felt high end, it was probably my favorite part). We also spent the afternoons on the front porch which was nice and shady while the back deck was in the sun. There were a ton of bikes to use, although we only used one of the kid bikes and one of the adult ones. The beach was only about 8(ish) houses away, so a short walk down the block. The house had everything we needed for the beach (plenty of chairs, towels, umbrellas, wagon to get back and forth...). And everything was fairly new and in great condition so that was nice.Easy walk to town. Really just a nice location on a great street that wasn't super busy at all. I would totally recommend this place and plan on staying here again. David (the owner) was great to work with. Very accommodating and great communication. We had zero issues with the house while we were there and it was better than we even expected.
