Overlooks the 8th hole on the golf course with whitewater views and sounds from creek below. Fruit trees and birds. 30 minute walk to town. 10 minute walk to Valle Escondido Resort facilities.
40 to 60 psi water pressure. 1250 gallon water storage tank. 32 gal Tank hot water.
Washer/dryer upstairs in garage. No water problems. Uncovered parking space for car or pickup.
Owner lives upstairs on premises. Additional $300 security deposit for small quiet dog, absolutely no cats.
Light Housekeeping once a week and gardener once a week included. Garbage pick up Tuesdays and Fridays from container outside of upstairs garage.

135 sq. ft. Kitchen with fridge/freezer/ice maker, gas stove/oven with vented microwave hood. Toaster , plates, glasses, silver, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker. Complete kitchen. Double sink.
