Our family came together from various states for the 3rd year now at this property to share a weekend together for Christmas - meals together at the wonderfully long table, piled gifts for all around the lovely Christmas tree, memories made singing carols in the cozy living room, enjoying moments with siblings, cousins, and grandkids. This spacious home has been perfect for us!

Great space and fun for kids

Let me start by saying the area was beautiful. Visited to attend a tough mudder in the area. I have stayed at many Vbro locations and this is the first one that was bare boned. no paper products, more rules and charges than the norm. Pool table is old and broken. Then, a week after the visit I recieve a grainy picture claiming a broken fridge shelf and a charge to my card. I wont be using this location again.

Large home with 8 bedrooms that could fit all of us. We loved our stay and enjoyed some great family time.

Hassle free transaction. Everyone had a great time very clean & organized.

Nice property near the "beach" house very well kept and the property owner never took long to answer any questions after arrival. Will be back for our yearly reunion.

My cousins and I, with our families, rented the place out. It had more than enough space for all of us. It looked great from the moment we got there. The wall facing the beach/lake is essentially a large set of windows and really lets the light in. For the sunny weekend that we had it was really lovely at all times of the day. The view of the lake itself is slightly blocked by trees but it is probably nice in the fall when the leaves change color. The kitchen has everything, which is key when you're with a large party. We really liked the dining table with the bench seating that allowed all of us to sit together. We grilled on the Saturday and it was nice to have 2 grills. The patio/deck is right outside the windows I mentioned above so it too has the same view of the beach/lake. The bedrooms are nice enough to sleep in. The whole idea is to spend time in the living room The beach and lake are big enough for the houses that are in the community and the staff that run it were pretty helpful. The owners were nice enough to offer us the use of the kayak and paddle board (?). But we decided to rent the paddle boats on the lake instead. Those were good for both the adults and the kids. Checkout at 11 is a bit early. So we used paper plates and utensils on the morning we left to save ourselves time. The place where you drop off the trash is managed by the community and is also well run. Overall we had a great time and everything was pretty easy.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Good communication from the Hosts / Housekeeper. The Community has fairly restrictive rules on # of cars and Wristbands, but the hosts let us know that well in advance. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was as described, clean and well-suited to our group of 15 ranging from 7 - 73. The table for 20 was a highlight for meals and games! We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the use of the kayak and paddleboard. From the day of our arrival, Hannah was very responsive and helpful via text/call. But communication via the website prior to that (David/Makahla?) was more difficult and led to some misunderstandings and some difficulties with check-in. Issues that may affect some guests more than others: The AC doesn't reach the bedrooms - a problem for those who don't want to open the windows due to allergies. The hot water flow was erratic if the dishwasher or multiple showers were running. The skylights in the top floor bedrooms forced some unwanted early wake-ups. But overall, we enjoyed the house and its amenities.

We were very pleased with the house, location and availability. It was very comfortable, equipped well, very clean and ready to enjoy upon entering. We would definitely tell our friends and reconsider for the next retreat. Thank you for your hospitality.

Celebrated our Mom's 90th birthday. The house was perfect for sleeping 17 people and having guests during the day for lunch. The development has many amenities to enjoy. The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling.

We had a great long weekend at this lovely home in the Poconos Mountains! We loved the large kitchen and living room, we could all cook huge family meals and just hang out with each other! The huge dinning room table (sitting 20) was great! We were celebrating my moms 91st birthday! We had family in from New Hampshire, New Jersey and Maryland! The little kids loved the downstairs room, great area for play and fun! Everyone loved the hot tub!! (But water was very low and did not know how to add more water) . Great playground and beautiful lake close by! We all had a great time! The things we loved were the big living room, huge windows, kitchen was well supplied and all the beds were extremely comfortable and home was beautiful. Did not like we had to pay if we had more then 4 cars, $6 a car, we had that bill before we left!not enough water in hot tub and we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, unless we wanted to pay another $140 to rent. David was a good host,and we would rent there again!

Group of 13 of us had a fun, relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. We had a few pool players with us. The pool table wasn't in the best shape. Tear in the felt and it didn't have all the balls. We saw a few deer and woke up to a beautiful snowy morning. All in all, it was a very enjoyable weekend. Would definitely stay again.

My cousins and I have stayed at this house for 4 years now and it’s always perfect. The house is a great size to accommodate our group and the location is perfect. Very nice views of the lake and a bonus playground nearby for the little ones.

We had a good time getting together with family

We spent a very pleasant time celebrating Christmas with the family. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was very attentive.

Everything thing was perfect..

We gathered our adult kids and their spouses and families from various states to PA from Thursday til Sunday for a very special early Christmas. A long dining table next to a lovely Christmas tree was an important detail of this house (!), along with the mutiple bedrooms, the cozy 2 living rooms, ample kitchen, playground and lake to walk to, ample convenient parking, and easy to reach owners. Very thankful for the wonderful weekend.

We were a party of 18. All family. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was so spacious. Cooking, eating & playing games together is a staple and occurs at every gathering we have. The kids age range from 7-17, so foosball & the pool table were such great indoor amenities. I'd like to point out that the kitchen & dining room were perfect & accommodated us all so nicely. The owners were in touch with us from arrival to departure and there were no issues. If I had to give you anything negative, I'd mention that the ice maker in the fridge not working and removal of the house trash was pretty far & inconvenient. Everything else was very nice and we were very comfortable. We would definitely like to come back in the warmer weather and use the outdoor amenities. However, for the family occasion that we booked the home for, we were not disappointed. Thank you for such a lovely & worry free stay.

We came for a weekend away from kids with a group of friends. The house everything and more. Clean and well maintained. The pool table hot tub and Foosball table were fun. The big table was great for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful. The space is open and everyone had plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The hosts were very helpful and checked in with us and also answered questions quickly. One thing though, be aware that linens and towels are not included. I found that out AFTER I booked. It was a tad inconvenient to have to pack those additional items. They were available for a fee but I felt that the additional cost was not worth it. Overall it was lovely and spacious and perfect for our group who was there for a family baby shower and I wanted friends and family to have a place to stay together and avoid hotels. I would certainly use the house again if we need that much space!!

My roommates from college and our families had a wonderful time reconnecting at your house. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house is very close to the beach, pool, snack bar. We have rented a kayak and a paddle boat from the owners and enjoyed the water activities. Lake is warm and clean. We also ordered linen service, which is affordable and extremely convenient. Do not forget to bring your beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Those are not available. The house does not have central air. We happened to be there in a heat wave and the bedrooms were warm, unfortunately the fans do not offer enough cooling, even though the main areas with air conditioners is sufficiently cool. Otherwise, it is a great house for a big family. We had 16 people and felt very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Huge dining table is great for big group. It is quiet at night. Hot tub was great.

The location is great, the lake is just a minute walk along with the playground and pool. The house is spacious with plenty of places to sleep and hang out. The deck and hot tub were also a big hit. We had a great time.

We had an amazing time for the second year in a row at this great location! Great space, and fantastic communication!
