It's a nice, quiet neighbourhood that is simultaneously close to two decently connected metro stations. The staff were knowledgeable and obliging. Bringing breakfast to the room is a nice touch.

This has nothing to do with the staff at this hotel, but rather Treebo as a company. Despite choosing the (more expensive) booking.com option that requested no upfront payment, I received repeated emails asking for a deposit to secure the booking. This contravenes the principles of the site and added undue stress as I worried that my room would not be available when I arrived. Moreover, I was charged the full price of a booking I made and then cancelled well before the deadline. It then took intervention from booking.com (Treebo were unresponsive to messages) to gain a refund, more than a month later.

Overall pathetic experience and stay at this hotel. The room provided was not clean at all and committed to adjust for a day and next day (2 night stay - 28th -30th Mar, 23) will be provided another room due to all rooms sold out. Not clean, no intercom working, all room lights were not working, fan switch was away from bed,, water dripping in the washroom which has water drainage all over the floor and messy around the place. No hooks to hand towel in the washroom. These was not only limited to room based issues, but also kitchen related service which i faced and had frustrating experience to name few: 1. After arriving and checkin, ordered coffee till the room get cleans as requested. But neither coffee was okay nor hot. 2. For Dinner on 28th Mar, ordered food as was unable to move out and explore, again got disappointed because of taste and the rice used was broken rice with tasteless touch 3. Next day for breakfast on 29th Mar, it was included in the package. Had 2 options - Aloo Parathas or Bread omelette with Tea/Coffee.. .What was even most irritating is that the boy who brought in the room only omelette without bread, such a inefficient staff to serve guest. Till the time bread was supposed to arrive, the omelette was already less hot ro consume. Inspite of requesting toasted bread, it was yet not toasted properly with Serving only 2 slice of bread. The worst is yet to come, and the most disgusting out of all the above stated is that the moment I started having bread omelette ... guess what I found ? I found broken peices of eggshells in the omelette.. such a disgusting, unapologetically and unacceptable service. They did gave me option of another piece of Aloo Parathas but as they have delayed in serving breakfast was very difficult to accommodate my time as per their scheduled And the audacity is as such they could have compensated with something in it's place. , which I found total failure in their service..

Great experience

The hotel was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. The price was incredible. There were several excellent restaurants within walking distance. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place is the same as the pictures are put up! Decent facilities available. Quaint little place - situated in a residential area so that works. At a stones throw there are a bunch of restaurants you can eat at.

They had a policy on no Zomato and swiggy delivery. The geyser unfortunately didn't have hot water.

Hospitable receptionist and good house keeping staff,esp Bheem.

Breakfast was good, fresh and hot.

Receptionist,Mr Rawat was very warm and accommodative.Very amicably and efficiently completed the check in formalities and was eager and anxious to explain all the available facilities. Nice conduct and demeanor.

Dodgy extra money request

Location was okay, within walking distance from Kalkaji market Bed was comfortable, although I had to ask to change pillow slips as there were some blood stains on it when I checked in. Wifi worked well Food is available on site as there is a kitchen/restaurant- although the staff does a poor job at advertising it. No soft drinks available, so had no option but to get food delivered through deliveroo/zomato, etc. Menu could be reviewed as it is a bit boring.

Staff kept on harrassing me to get more money from what my booking.com booking requested me to pay. I had to contact booking.com to step in as it felt so overwhelming having to deal with receptionists pressuring me to pay extra money and guilttripping by saying "If you don't pay this money, I will have to put it out of my pocket". At some point the receptionist made me talk to someone saying that it was a booking.com agent, only to find out it was another member of the staff Javed Mustafa asking me to pay for more money to the property. Don't pay extra money!! Stick with what your original Booking.com booking is asking you to pay! Cleanliness could be improved big time: the shower curtains were covered in mould and I found dead cockroaches in the room. Hideous music in the lift that kept playing anytime someone used the lift.

Good comfortable maple room but lacks charging point around bed. Good balcony. Bathroom needs more maintenance

Lift, bathroom space equal in oak and maple, and somehow reasonable price to stay so far

Staff overarrogant especially from reception and kitchen side. Overpriced cold drink when market is just within 300 meters. Cold beverages served many times.

So far doing good cleaning of room. Providing small standard room with justifiable rate. However one of reception new staff highly unsatisfied with price. But this is none of the business for residing guest.

Hardly listen to guest request even tell in advance. Sunday completely spoiled. Ranking 6 not justified here

Mr rawat ji manager is very helping man.staff behaviour also very Good.. If you stay here you feel homely vibes..as everyone carrying happy face n helping nature..i can say must stay here..as near kalkaji metro st you can not find much better option in this rate plus service.

Cleanliness n good vibes from reception.
