the owner was extremely kind to us and the room was clean and tidy.

What bothered me was the bed and the pillow, extremely uncomfortable, I felt as if I slept on stones all night. A very good investment in beds and pillows is necessary because this is the most important. For the money paid I expected more. In order to turn on a simple fan, we were asked for another 5 euros, which did not seem fair to me because it should have been included in the accommodation fee.

Clean, good location, great view from terrace.

Great location - easy to get around Bolsena from here - either to the lake or to the castle. Rooms and linens are clean and fresh. Fantastic terrace with view of the lake or of the castle. Head up to the terrace in the evening to watch the sunset with your favorite refreshments.

Stair to the terrace are very tight.

Unsafe, other guests can access your room

Facilities were fine. Bathroom is new. Nice decor.

In the middle of the night, another guest unlocked and pushed open our bedroom door. This is unacceptable. Check-in was unprofessional.

Central location for a short stay

The shared top terrace was spacious with good view, the location is in centre of old city.

For the price the room was small with a bit of dust, windows in room were small, shared washrooms could be cleaned more frequently.

A well cared for old building in the middle of the old town.

The accommodation is well located in the old town and the host was very helpful

We had a shared bathroom and would have preferred our own facilities

Don't go there, if you don't have to.

Located in the city centre.

Hostel for hotel price. No breakfast. No parking available, about 200 m to walk. Not worth the money. Next night in a four start hotel near the lake shore for reasonable price. No air condition. Very loud in the evening/night because of bars in front of the house.

I received a windowless room when the confirmation was for a balcony room. The weird thing is that there is no picture of this windowless room in their profile

Short and sweet stay

The property is located in the heart of the old town. We arrived late and left early in the morning so it was great for what we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The private bathroom was outside of the room, but that wasnt a problem!

Opening the door was a bit tricky but we managed 😄

If you are expecting a hotel then you will be disappointed. This place has character and it's quirks may not appeal to some. It was perfectly adequate for a one night stay.
