Summary:
The Vibe is a Pet Friendly, coastal listing with a stunning rural outlook. The property is fully fenced, with Free WIFI, a fully equipped Smart TV (Netflix, hulu, etc.) & now has solar power.
PLEASE NOTE: A 2% surcharge applies for all credit card transactions. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE. There will be an additional charge (Service Fee) of $80.00 added on top of your total invoice balance due that may not appear within your original invoice.

The Space:
39 Ash Avenue is a modern family & pet friendly house featuring three bedrooms and main bathroom backing onto farmland with rural views and only a short walk to the beach, general, store and cafe.
Downstairs is open plan living, kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is free WiFi, as well asNetflix & Fetch TV!
Sliding doors lead onto the front deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and everything else you could need. The laundry has a washing machine with adjoining toilet. The main bathroom with shower over bath and vanity is also located downstairs.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private balcony and TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and a single bed. The third bedroom with a queen and 2 single beds (bunks), located downstairs, also has built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Bedding (ie doonas, pillows and blankets) is provided but guests must bring their own linen (doona covers, sheets and pillow cases) and towels (beach, bath and hand).
Ceiling fans are throughout the downstairs living and dining area for the warmer summer periods and there is a wood fire for the cooler winter nights, but you will need to supply your own firewood, which can be purchased locally.
Pet friendly. The Vibe is pet friendly, with pets permitted inside and out. The property is fully fenced so you get rest assured your beloved pets have some boundaries!

The broken bed has now been replaced and the discolouration of the toilet is due to the bore water.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Guest Access:
You have use of the entire house and yardYou have use of the entire house and yard.
Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys.
The Neighborhood:
Situated approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne and approx. 40 mins to Wilsons Promontory. The property is located close to the Ocean beach for swimming, surfing and fishing. At Sandy Point there is a Surf Lifesaving club which patrols the beach over summer; they also have a bar, occasional meals and events.
Launch a boat from Shallow Inlet for or enjoy kite surfing & jet skiing (not supplied).
The Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, boat hire, petrol, gas, alcohol and an Australia Post outlet.
Paradise Point Café is the only Café is town and has snacks, sit down & takeaway meals, a beer garden, live entertainment over summer.
A small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade.
Playgrounds & public BBQ areas are located next to the Sandy Point Hall.
Tennis courts are located behind the Sandy Point hall and equipment can be hired from the
General Store.
The Sandy Point Hall hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer.
If you are staying at Port Welshpool you are very close to the world famous Port Welshpool Long Jetty, and the departure jetty for cruises to Wilson's Prom, as well as Port Albert and other towns.
If you are staying at Fish Creek or Waratah Bay, it's only a short trip to Meeniyan, driving on some of the most picturesque country roads in South Gippsland.
If you are staying in Toora, you are only 20 minutes from Foster, and surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of South Gippsland.
Getting Around:
Sandy Point is a small coastal town, so walking is the preferred method of getting around. Cars are required to get around if you wish to explore the countryside and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys.

We are Real Estate Property Managers, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Our Real Estate office is located at 111 Beach Parade, Sandy Point, should you have any questions or concerns. The office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we are available by appointment on weekends and public holidays. Should you have an emergency at the property we have emergency contact numbers located in the house so that you’re able to get in touch with us.

Lovely and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked of everything you’ll need to cook with. If going in cold months, plan ahead for firewood, general store sells out quickly. Lovely and clean and perfect for what I needed. Fully fenced so doggo was safe and happy. Thank you ! :)

Great house - better in "real life" than the pictures. We loved our stay here. Fully fenced and secure for our dog. There is a leash free area for dogs a ten minute walk away. Our best day was a 45 minute walk to Fairy Cove - very special.

We have been to Sandy Point a few times now but this was the first time with a dog. The yard was wonderful especially for an inner city dog. And the back yard view was better than I was expecting. Just a different aspect and it was so lovely to have the cows grazing in the paddock. We will definitely be back.

Great house in lovely spot
The Vibe is a great holiday house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday at Sandy Point, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Victoria.

Pre Christmas getaway
We had an awesome stay here. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. All information was provided to us prior to arrival so it all went ahead with ease. Wish the weather had been a bit nicer but we still had a great time. I would suggest that a final check should be done before guests arrive as there were dead flies and bugs on windows and benches and mice droppings in and behind cupboards.

Great stay at The Vibe
We loved our stay at The Vibe. We chose this house due to the location (backing onto farmland) and also that it was pet friendly. The house is so lovely and well presented. We were delighted when we opened the door and looked inside. The yard is fully fenced and well kept. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great, but we managed to sit out the back enjoying the view over the farm one morning, but in summer it would be great. The front outdoor area is perfect. We spent a lot of time out there reading. I would highly recommend staying at The Vibe. I know we plan to do so again.

Good Vibe
Really enjoyed our stay, with a good vibe, great location, welcoming touches and modern decor in the bedrooms. House could've been a bit cleaner (dead bugs on sills, old toilet brush, floors) and the northern/sun-filled rear yard was a bit disappointing with just a couple of old chairs and no access from inside the house. But overall, a sweet holiday house in a magical part of the world.

Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, pet-friendly property. Ideal for our family get-together over the long weekend. Lots of thought gone into providing everything we might need. Thank you!
