“Lime” is a spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment located close to the town centre on the popular Han Inn complex. This attractive site of just 9 apartments has a stunning 185m2 shared pool set amoungst mature gardens. The apartments are set away from the bustle of the town and often nick named the “Secret Garden”. Everything you could want, from the baker in the morning, to the off license in the evening, is right on your doorstep.

“Lime” has easy (flat) access from the main gate of the Han Inn complex and is particularly suitable for older or less mobile guests. With a view directly over the pool and garden it is perfect for those who love to stroll out directly to the poolside. The pool has been totally refurbished for 2024 and now includes Roman style steps with handrail.

Inside “Lime” has a very spacious open plan living area, with three sets of French doors to three separate outside seating areas: the poolside, the private garden terrace and the shaded archway terrace. There is always sun and shade at every time of the day. The garden terrace has sofa seating with large umbrella. To front are comfortable polyrattan armchairs with dining table and large umbrella.

“Lime” guests love the fact it feels a home from home, with everything you could possibly need for your Kalkan stay. Also the proximity to pool, which is never crowded, and the Han Inn complex with beautiful tranquil gardens and convenient location.

SUMMER 2025 REFURBISHMENT. WHAT WILL CHANGE?

For next summer LIME with have a total refurbishment. External doors and windows, all floor tiling, electrics/plumbing, plastering, brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, revised bedroom layout and AC, etc. The notable change for guests will also be a large double superking size bed (180x200cm).

Very well equipped spacious apartment, easily sleeps 3 as very large comfortable L shape couch in lounge. 2 minutes walk to supermarket, plenty of outside space for loungers and choice of 3 sunny or shaded areas to relax in.

A well-needed break....

A well-needed break....

Lime apartment was exactly as described - no surprises for us as we know the exact location in Kalkan very well, the main reason for booking after our regular hotel decided not to open due to COVID. The apartment itself had everything required, we loved having 2 outside seating areas which we used for breakfast or drinks. Great pool area and very peaceful, and only a small handful of other people staying on the complex to share with. Bridget was a great host, dealing with the 2 VERY minor issues we had over the 2 weeks incredibly promptly. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Lovely central apartment with everything you need if self catering. Best of all a water cooler!! Really large pool which was great to cool down in. Able to walk everywhere, no taxis required.

Lovely apartment in an ideal position in Kalkan. Very clean and modern with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Lovely large shared pool which was very quiet and lots of greenery within the complex.
