About this apartment rental

This is a one bath one room ,cozy cottage.Every unit in this complex is completely private. All the guests have parking assignment at booking and private entrance gates to their yards. CoinLaundry on premise. Ask for coins if need any. The cottages Have great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and all entertainment Lauderdale by the sea has to offer. We have a great fishing pier .
You will have your Parking assignment after booking.
It is free for one car only. Parking is right in front of the unit.
All major grocery stores are within 10 -15 min walk from the location you are looking to book.
This unit Sleeps comfortably 2 people and has two twin beds.
The property has internet, beautiful private yard. Only kitchenette. No large fridge. No frizer.

The place was just what we needed, close to the beach, clean, it looks like they’re renovating some patches on the wall and the bathroom door had trouble staying closed but these things didn’t bother me or my friend, essentials were provided and the private patio was just perfect and cozy the beds were firm but comfortable, the only suggestion would be some black out curtains 😁

This was a perfect location to be able to walk 4 minutes to the beach and to all the restaurants/bars. It was perfect for my long weekend birthday getaway with a friend! The door handle was a little finicky - I would’ve felt better with a more secure door handle. Could definitely use some touch ups. I think putting 1 big bed in there would be better than the two twins to help with space. Overall we loved it and will definitely be booking again in a few months when I come back.

We had a fairly enjoyable stay. You could hear loud traffic go by all through the night as well as sirens and I thought we'd be able to walk right out the beach (maybe my bad) but I have problems walking a short distance and was in pain by the time we got back. All in all it was we were happy.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights prior to leaving on a cruise. It was a perfect choice! The location can't be beat- you can walk to everything and the entire area is fun and inviting. The efficiency was everything we needed. The onlyl negative was the slight musty odor that we believe comes from the wall AC unit. It is very much in need of clearning to remove what appears to be mold. A hook in the bathroom near the shower would also be helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights, March 26th & 27th. Small unit is very cleaverly designed. It has everything 2 people need for a short stay. The private outdoor space was nice. Even though it's on the main drag, it was quiet. The location couldn't be any better for the many restaurants & the beach.The 2 single beds were ok for the 2 nights. For us, they wouldn't be comfortable longer than that. Would definitely return for a short stay.

Perfect spot for a couple of nights in LBTS for my husband and I! It has 2 twin beds, so do not plan on sleeping together😁. It has everything you need. Host was great, very accommodating and responsive.

Not only is it a block away from all the restaurants and a few minute walk to the beach, but Denise was extremely accommodating as well! Our flight got cancelled and she let us extend our stay last minute. It was also very clean and there’s a nice private backyard. I highly recommend!

I wish I could find something about the owner that was positive. We checked in to find the "newly renovated" rental had a sink in the bathroom that leaked (unusable), large cracks in the window in the master bedroom (this window leaked horribly during the rain causing my belongings to get wet) garbage under the beds from who knows when, and the living room tv not working with the remotes available. I contacted the owner immediately regarding these issues, to which no response came until hours later. The following day when the window leaked, letting them know for their own concerns, and tv still not working, their response, after hours, was appalling! Their response... "You should not rent next time from small business owners on a Sunday in a new world with no employees- Go to corporate America next time they will take care for the problems faster and more efficient.. I can easily say you did something to the Tv Since was working a min before you checked in... about the leak I will detect it.. it is not that big of emergency I think" WOW! That is word for word from my text message. They did send someone out to look at the tv and she agreed it was not usable. Therefore, my recommendation would definitely be to find a better place to spend your time!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was a bit hidden from the street which was a plus since its the main road and we had kids. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, just steps from everything. Private yard with each apartment, with table for outdoor coffee and drinks. Inside was nice, fully air conditioned. Could use a bit of TLC, some items are old such as shower and bathroom, but still fine to use. Great response from owner. We'd would definitely stay here again.

I'll start with the positives of this property. We were extremely pleased with the location (extremely close to the center of Lauderdale by the Sea), as well as the cleanliness. The property, though on a main road, is also set back and was quiet. In terms of things that were not so good: Check-in - There was apparently a problem with the prior tenant which resulted in the property not being available until almost 6:00 (2 hours after check-in). We did not find this out until arriving at the property a few minutes before 4:00. King bed - the bed creaked loudly whenever you moved. It was also very soft, so if you like a firmer mattress this won't be a good bed for you. Pictures on VRBO - there were a couple that didn't accurately reflect the property (kitchen and outside patio). Two of the outside patio chairs weren't usable. Bathroom - only one of the 3 lights in the light fixture worked. This was brought to the owner's attention on our arrival date, but it was not corrected. As stated, if you want a well-located property that is quiet and clean, you will be pleased with this rental, but be aware of the other concerns listed in this review if those things are important to you.

This property is in the heart of it all. More Positives than Negatives here. Pros: BEACH BEACH BEACH right around the corner. Walk Everywhere. Secluded Back Unit. Nice Bedroom. Reasonable priced for location. Negatives: Disappointed that there was not a full kitchen as pictured. Plenty of places to grab a bite but if you are on an extended stay like we were it could be something you want to know about. She has updated her site to reflect new set up. Still Functional but not ideal if you enjoy cooking some dinners. Can still do basic stuff though. Cute Yard to relax. Wish there was a lounge chair as pictured but not there. Overall, I would say for a short stay this is FANTASTIC.

This property had a great location! Right next to a Lauderdale by the sea. That being said the cleanliness was less than acceptable. A lot of dust and the kitchen cabinets were missing and the floor was broken. My husband and I both found clumps of hair in our towels and in the shower. The owners were very nice though.
