Rest and relaxation at its finest in Corona Del Mar. Minutes from the best beaches in CDM, shopping in the Village, and some of the best restaurants in Newport Beach. Tucked away on the ocean side of Bayside Drive lies this exquisite 3-bedroom rear unit steps away from the sand. This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife.

The back unit home offers five unique outdoor areas and an advantageous floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom ensuite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for alfresco meals. This level has a massive, open feeling. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, walk-in closet, and bathroom featuring bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with vanity. A huge deck with outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable Tv. An X-Box gaming system is located in the downstairs bedroom perfect for kids. Kitchen is fully stocked and the house is ready for entertaining. (Please be aware that both the master fireplace and the master bathtub jets are non-functioning)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time at this rental property. It has a great location near the beach and in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The hose was comfortable for our families (6 adults and three kids). If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely consider this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and overall the house was fine. But some improvement is needed. The outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart. The living room couches could use a good cleaning. Lots of stains. A $6000/week rental should come with better towels and more of them. There should be two sets per person for a week. The air conditioning on the top floor was nonexistent. Not comfortable for sleeping. And we would consistently lose the connection on the TV in the master bedroom.
