Apartamento amplio y muy equipado (nevera grande, horno, lavadora... que no suele haber en muchos sitios)
Las almohadas (cojines) no eran muy cómodas. La ducha, no tenía cortina ni mampara. El apartamento olía raro. La hora del check in, es limitada, y penalizan con 25€/hora de retraso.

Ótima localização, quarto muito limpo e confortável.
Apesar de pago à parte, o estacionamento subterrâneo é uma ótima opção.
Um pouco confuso encontrar a receção, mas no fim, tudo deu certo.

superbe lieu magnifiquement restauré. situé sur le port en zone piétonne à 2 pas de la corderie royale. les chambres ( Studio) sont tres belles et confortables.

Stunning building and the apartment was fabulous for the money,looking forward to coming to visit again.
There needs to be more signs that are clearer you can’t send a message saying waiting in Annex for your arrival and then have no bell working to enter the building (we got soaked in the rain) the man in cafe had to let us through.Also more clear signs in the garage where the elevator is, the room numbers in the corridor are tiny ,I had to mess getting my glasses out to find our room.
BUT the accommodation was perfect.

Cadre très joli, neuf, propre et bien équipé :
- Wifi
- TV dans le salon et la chambre à coucher
- Cuisine avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, etc.
- Machine à laver, étendoir, sèche-cheveux.
- C'était un peu compliqué pour trouver l'accueil où il faut cliquer sur un digicode en sélectionnant la résidence. Ça parait simple, mais je cherchais plutôt une entrée simple sans digicode.
- Je n'ai pas compris comment utiliser les cordes pour descendre les stores dans le salon.
- Certains interrupteurs pour la lumière étaient un peu capricieux.
- Le détecteur de fumée s'est déclenché 2 fois sans raison.

Le cadre exceptionnel de la corderie , la qualité de l’aménagement de l’appartement, le personnel très accueillant et à la disposition du client, la qualité des petits déjeuners . Tout donne envie de revenir dans cette établissement, l’emplacement très proche a pied de la corderie Royale et de l’hermione.

The property is a beautifully renovated Military Arsenal located on the quay. Location is an easy stroll into the old town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Parking is big, secure and located in the basement of the property with easy access and reasonably priced (for France). Our room was large and well appointed. Bathroom is large. Heating is electric but manageable and worked well. Excellent dedicated desk with plenty of space, good kitchenette. Very helpful staff. The complex is in a quiet location. WiFi was reasonable and reliable (could have been a bit faster but good by French standards). Good water pressure and functional bathroom. USB charges on both sides of the bed. Very comfortable bed. Good pillows.
Breakfast was less than satisfactory and probably be better to reduce the cost of accommodation and not offer breakfast as the kitchen is good and there are a number of supermarkets nearby. Poor coffee, and basic bread doesn't make a breakfast. Although the apartment had a washer/dryer there was no iron or ironing board, however upon enquiry we were offered an iron & board for an extra fee of Eu5.00. WTF? With a good (or excluded breakfast) and an iron and board this place could have earned a 10.

Le magasin aux Vivres, bâtiment classé, est omniprésent dans ce séjour (la résidence est dans le bâtiment). Le contraste est étonnant entre l'ambiance extérieure très "Versailles" et l'appartement loué, spacieux (très), confortable, (très).
Si vous aimez associer l'histoire et le confort ***, n’hésitez pas !
On oublie presque que la réception nous a fait patienter 40 minutes avant de nous ouvrir la porte.

La grandeur du logement. La décoration. Il y fait bon y séjourner.
Situation de la résidence.
La déco de la salle du petit déjeuner. C’est très beau.
L’accès au petit déjeuner. Un plan ou un marquage ne seraient pas de trop.
Le gros chien (qui semble appartenir à un employé de la résidence ou à la résidence) qui passe au niveau des viennoiseries et qui nous saute dessus en passant avec les plateaux.
Les lits sont faits mais pas vraiment biens faits. Les housses sont à moitié mises.

Le petit déjeuner est « offert »: rien n est gratuit c est donc compris dans le prix sans le dire: une viennoiserie et une boisson chaude c est assez mesquin autant ne rien proposer
Je me suis retrouvée lundi matin sans petit déjeuner car l endroit où il se prend est fermé le lundi: on ne nous avait pas prévenu lors de la prise des clés
Il a fallu attendre 9h pour trouver qq un afin de demander des explications et se le faire livrer : 1h perdue par un manque de professionnalisme
Heureusement que j ai bénéficié de tarifs basse saison, la pilule est mieux passée sinon il vaut mieux aller à l hotel
Il fait chaud dans l appartement,pas de Clim,heureusement qu on était en octobre je n ose imaginer l été avec les températures caniculaires!!!

L'hôtel est magnifique. Rénovation très réussie, de bon goût et avec des matériaux de qualité, d'un bâtiment historique d'exception. Le studio réservé est très bien équipé et joliment meublé. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, devant le petit port et près du centre. Très bon petit déjeuner -du sucré exclusivement (dommage, pas de charcuterie, ni fromage ni oeufs)- dans la cave voutée du bar "La pièce à café".
Ayant lu les commentaires au sujet de la difficulté de trouver la réception, j'avais envoyé un mail pour me renseigner et de ce fait, je n'ai pas eu trop de mal à ouvrir les grilles et repérer la réception.
L'hôtel devrait envoyer systématiquement les consignes d'accès à la réception, appelée "l'annexe" et la procédure d'ouverture des grilles extérieures et préciser également où se prend le petit déjeuner.
Autres petits détails: le congélateur dans le studio était tellement givré que les deux tiroirs du haut ne s'ouvraient plus et il serait judicieux de placer le range-couverts ailleurs que sous le cumulus.

Lovely large complex, lovely staff, large luxurious apartments, big comfortable bed and many kitchen appliances all spotless and clean, very big bathroom. We will stay here again!

The signage is not good, you have to go to the Annex building to check in.The enormous very heavy steel gates are very hard to open to leave the complex, even a young delivery driver said to us that he had trouble opening them!

Les viennoiseries et le pain étaient très bon.
Tout le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et courtois. C’est très appréciable.

La télé n’avait pas souvent de signal.

Magnifique bâtiment historique récemment rénové et aménagé en appartements confortables. Emplacement idéal dans la zone de l'Arsenal Royal de Rochefort. Belles balades et bons restaurants accessibles à pieds. Parking sécurisé (payant) en sous-sol, accessible directement par l'ascenseur depuis l'appartement. Bars et restaurants juste à côté, face au port. Superbe emplacement !
L'appartement était vaste et très bien meublé, équipé et décoré.
Double porte entre la chambre et le couloir, très bon pour le confort sonore, mais de toutes façons l'immeuble est très calme.
Très bonne literie.
Les contraintes liées aux monuments historiques font qu'il ne peut y avoir ni larges baies, ni balcons. On se sent donc un peu enfermé à l'intérieur. La petite fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un puits de lumière intérieur.
Il faisait beau lors de notre séjour, mais en cas de mauvais temps, prévoir un parapluie pour aller de l'appartement à la réception ou au bar qui sert le petit déjeuner, car il faut cheminer à l'extérieur.
Le fer et la table à repasser ne font pas partie de l'équipement standard et doivent être demandés à la réception (payant).
Dommage que l'architecte n'ait pas pensé à :
- orienter la porte de la chambre dans l'autre sens,
- mettre l'accès à la salle de bains plus près de la chambre,
- prévoir une douche plus vaste (ce ne sont pourtant pas les mètres-carrés qui manquent).
Ce sont de petits détails dont on s’accommode, bien sûr, mais qui sont regrettables dans un appartement de grand standing.
Petit défaut facile à corriger : prévoir un kit d'accueil un peu plus "riche" : il y avait deux capsules de café, mais pas de thé et même pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo.

Für Fahrräder gibt es einen eigenen Keller, der über einen Aufzug mit den Wohneinheiten verbunden ist.
Die Rezeption liegt im Innenhof des Gebäudekomplexes und ist auf den zweiten Blick auch gut zu finden.

The Arsenal is on a wonderful yet peaceful location. Our apartments were spacious and full of light. They were kind enough to provide bed and feeder for our pet.
The organization was quite unprofessional. Although the equipment was reasonable, you could bet that no matter what inconvenience you had, the manager would find an excuse not to try to solve it.
For instance, the place has a quite autonomous access method, with different perimeters protected by unmanned heavy entrances. Well, we were six in our apartment and this guy wasn't able to provide more than a single key in the whole week we stayed there.
Accordingly, when we had small troubles (say, a kettle that didn't work ...) we didn't even mention to him. Perhaps this was precisely the purpose, I don't know.

Rooms were nice. Great location.
Staff were poor in experience. We were later arriving due to a 5 hour train delay and the guy at reception had rang us to say we would have to pay 25 Euros extra for him to stay past 10pm to give us the keys , we agreed because with children and a dog we needed the rooms. When we arrive there was no access to the building and no one to advise us on getting in the building or how to get keys etc. Luckily the Cafe next door were amazing and the workers there knew the guys number and got us the keys. The next day I went to the reception to ask why no one stayed to give us the keys as we agreed in the phone call for the guy ? We said we would be there by 11pm and got here 10:40pm . The answer was that they had tried to take the 25 euros from my bank before we arrived from my card but as I was driving at 130kph at the time and didn't check my phone to certify the transaction they could get the money so the guy left without even ringing us back to tell us, he just left. I thought that was the worst thing as I had kids asleep in the car after a non stop 6 hour drive to make it there. I have stayed in thousands of hotels all the time for travel with work over many years but to just leave without any communication , to just leave when they know you are arriving with 4 kids and a dog and driving non stop to get there is unforgivable. There was also not the parking information that had been agreed so I parked on the street.As for the apartment , You can not lock the front door to the apartment without the key and if one person goes out the apartments , they need the key to get back in the door the security system. There is an intercom but due to no instructions in the apartment for anything ( no emergency evacuation plan either ) it was quicker to take the key but then anyone can use the handle to get in . Shame its a lovely area and the apartments could be so good but poorly management . I would stay at the Mecure across the road next time as at least you get a...

Lovely apartment. Well equipped. Plenty of hot water. Atmospheric place.
Whole building was very hot including room. There was no aircon but there was a fan. None of us slept well as we were too hot. There was no mattress protector - just a sheet on the mattress. This is not very hygienic as the sheet comes off easily so people's bodies are touching the mattress itself. The lift from the car park wasn't well signed.

The apartment was lovely. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
It was very difficult to get into the place on arrival. No instructions and no obvious entrance. The reception area felt unusual with some people presumably staff all sat round a dining table chatting.
Rather strange that the two beds in the second bedroom did not fit so the door couldn't be closed with the bed separated.
We chose to have breakfast but it's very expensive. We paid €15 per person for 2 croissants and a juice and there was coffee but the tea was not good as the water wasn't hot enough to make tea. Really disappointed to spend €60 on a breakfast that was worth about €10. Wish we'd gone to a boulangerie.
