Was an awesome room! The little breakfast area was nice and the fish pond was nice. Its just outside of Moab, literally a 2 min drive into the center of town so you away from the hustle and busil of a rather large town. It is easy to get to head horse point as well as canyonland.

The location is out of the busiest area from Moab. But we really enjoy the quietness. The beautiful garden and pond are the highlight! Yoga barn is great place to stretch out after a long hike :-)

Quite, night sky, good food, comfortable bed and good location.

A little hard to find but that was no big deal.

The owners provided a comfortable and relaxing setting that was convenient for exploring the nearby national parks. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

the couple managing created a relaxed, beautiful, restful atmosphere including a pond, breakfast area outdoors, etc. They were delightful and were proactive in making us comfortable and quick at answering questions. Altogether delightful

Great location, quiet, felt like home. Great room (Eagle room) with a wonderful view. Very peaceful setting. Breakfast was great. This is a go at your own pace property. Beautiful garden and pond. Easy to find and easy access to town. We will book this place again.

I could not find a thing to not like.

A wonderful oasis away from the traffic and noise of downtown. Extremely quiet setting. Wonderful room. Our host was great. Met us at check in and helped us familiarize ourselves with the property. Breakfast was grab and go downstairs or you could sit down in the comfortable setting there. A full compliment of breads, bagels, yogurt and other items made for a good start to our day. We also had a nice porch sitting area to enjoy as the evening temperatures cooled. All in all, a very welcoming place to stay.

Not really anything

This property is so special and the owner is so lovely. There is so much care and attention put into every inch of this place. The organic breakfast was amazing. It was so peaceful to visit the gardens, the pond, the sheep and the chickens on the property.

I thought the breakfast was a little short, if you didn't want a starch there was not much available. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance

Serene. Everything was well managed and immaculate. We wanted to stay longer!!
