About this apartment rental

In addition to being a Premier Host, we are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

Our space is a great place for couples located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car. The rental is a private apartment with an office, living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath, and one bedroom with a Queen bed.

The rental is on the second floor (top) floor and there is a flight of stairs to get to it. see pictures. Because it is one of two private apartments in the home, there is a possibility for noise such as creaky floors or hearing other guests. It is the nature of apartment living.

The rental also has a backyard with a grill and sitting area and don't forget we have free driveway parking.

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls very much, and a significant part of that was the VRBO. Located just off the main thoroughfare on a one-way street, traffic was minimal and the residents were quietly friendly. We took walks in the evenings and felt safe. We were minutes away from all the attractions, but when we arrived back at night we escaped the noise and crowds. The VRBO was very clean and had good appliances. We did not receive instructions about entry until we got there, but had only tried to contact the owner that day and had trouble with the VRBO app (kept getting an error message). When we called the number listed on the reservation, the owner responded immediately and let us in. He checked on us several times, and when we found a pan that had been burnt and the teflon flaking, he replaced it immediately. Please do note that parking is on the street, not in the driveway. (That is an error on the VRBO description.) Street parking is alternate side, so you have to move the car every day. That is not a problem for people like us in vacation and sightseeing mode. Only once did we have to park any distance from the residence. We were driving a budget rental, so we were not terribly concerned about the possibility of damage. (Again, traffic is light.). We would recommend investing in more microwave safe dishes. (There are few bowls, including any that are large enough for cereal, especially lidded .)…and a larger coffee pot!

Apartment is cute. Neighborhood is quiet. Location is close without being too close. Just needs new linens to match the updated look, and a blackout option in the bedroom.

I recently stayed here during a weekend trip to the falls. Very conveniently located in conjunction to the falls. Very clean. Some commonly used amenities were not provided, such as paper towels, and it got pretty noisy when the downstairs guests arrived, but it was well worth it and I would stay there again!

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the falls, hiking, restaurants and stores. It was quaint with just enough room for my husband and I. James was great! He was very responsive to us, gave great advice for our stay and even asked us how our stay was going after a day or two.

Place is clean, easy to find. Established neighborhood. Close to the Falls on both sides. My husband and I are active and did not have any issues with the second story apartment. However, the stairs are steep and if you do not do well with stairs, stay on the first floor.

We had a long day driving in a thunderstorm. We were so tired. Got to the apartment and the A/C was on and it was so clean. Slept great! Upon arriving, James checked in with us to make sure we had no trouble getting in. A

Great apartment near the Falls, Casino, and outlets in a quiet, safe, well-lit neighborhood. Looks just like the pictures on VRBO! I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable coming and going at all times of the day and night. The keypad lock was a nice feature, no worries about losing or fumbling with keys. Very easy check-in and timely communication with James. The patio, grill, and off-street parking were a nice plus. The kitchen could use a few more items. The bed was very firm and the pillows were very flat, I had to use three pillows to equal what I am accustomed to sleeping on! The TV had no cable, so unless you had a streaming service account there was no TV. I would have liked to have a local channel. The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of the listing is that it wasn't listed as a second-story apartment. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it could be for some people. I spoke with the owner and he stated he would update the listing. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place for visiting the Niagara Falls area!

We enjoyed our time at this place. Clean, Roomy, and great communication with the host. There is only 2 things that couldbe improved . (1) kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and (2)the bed was hard and I had a hard time sleeping in it.

Very nice apartment with a cool retro vibe. The apartment was awesome and the neighborhood was good, for being in Niagara Falls NY, however, the town of Niagara Falls is pretty sketchy as a whole. There was some miscommunication during check-in and I had to contact the owner to get my check-in procedures and codes, but once I called, everything was sent within 15 mins. The bed was extremely firm, which I didn’t mind, but my wife would have preferred a slightly softer bed. Overall it was a great experience and the apartment’s location made it easy to see all of the sites that Niagara Falls has to offer.

We had a great time in Niagara Falls and the apartment was exactly as advertised. About 5 min to the Falls in a nice neighborhood, clean apartment, easy check in and James checked with us to make sure everything was okay. The absolutely best WiFi I have ever had at a VRBO. Very fast. Someone's review mentioned the creepy clowns. Just turn them around so you aren't looking at them and they aren't looking at you like we did (LOL). The HVAC was great. Stayed comfortable the whole time I was there. There were some creaky floors in some of the areas of the apartment but it is an older upstairs apartment so what do you expect. Also the coffee maker was only a 4 cup capacity and if you drink as much coffee as my wife and me you will be constantly making coffee. The TV had no antenna or cable so unless you had a streaming service account with someone, which I don't, there is no TV. I brought a book which helped out. But none of this is a deal breaker and I would have no problem staying here again if I came back to Niagara Falls. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Loved this place. We hope to come back for a return visit. Close to attractions and Canadian border so we could easily find our adventures. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. everything was really nice, the ac worked great, very clean. The only issue we had was some of the decor pieces. Clowns really freak me and my girlfriend out so those kinda creeped us out during the stay. other than that it was great! Great for the money too.

Ok so here's the deal - this place is cute! Nicely set up. I had some doubts from the pictures but it was lovely. We stayed for 6 days and didn't have one issue. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out were very simple and the keypad lock made coming and going simple. It's close enough to the falls that we could easily get there but enough off the beaten path that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of touristy bustle. The perfect mix. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to come back with our family!

The house was clean and was kept cool even though we were there during a heat wave. Not really walking distance to anywhere but it's just a short drive to about anywhere in Niagara Falls. The only complaint me and my wife had was that the mattress was pretty firm and we did not sleep the greatest.
