You will have a new “Beach Crush” in many ways, once you see this charming home with a private pool at Sandbridge Beach. Dog lovers do not lose heart…this lovely destination welcomes dogs! The private pool is surrounded by a fence to keep the kids and the family dog safe and sound all day! Finishes inside include quartz countertops, custom tile and backsplash in the kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. There is a top-level deck that includes sun space and a covered table/dining area. The ground-level area inside the fence offers a covered area with a porch swing and a yard with a pool and pool deck. This is where you will live! Imagine grilling by the pool, to enjoy dinner “al fresco” on the top deck. Everyone will enjoy the private pool…it may be hard to get the kids to the beach!

All bedrooms have Smart TVs with Netflix. The covered carport on the ground level has a ping-pong table for everyone to enjoy. Walking to the beach is a breeze, with street access just one house down through to Sandfiddler Road, then over to the beach for easy access. Ground-level separate living area with 2 twin beds can double as the fifth bedroom (top-level must go into Bedroom/Living Area to access laundry), Smart TV, Kitchenette with Sink, Beverage Cooler, and Microwave. This ground-level efficiency is accessible only from the carport.

Top-Level: Great Room with Smart LCD TV, Kitchen with Bar seats 4, Table seats 4, Table seats 4, Deck Access, King Master Bedroom with Smart LCD TV; Queen Bedroom with Smart LCD TV; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and Smart LCD TV; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and Smart LCD TV; Hall Bathroom.

Ground-Level: (access from exterior only; ground-level has no interior access to the other levels), Living Area with 2 Twins, Kitchenette with Beverage Cooler, Sink, and Microwave, Laundry Closet with Washer/Dryer (Top-Level must go into Bedroom/Living Area to access), Bathroom with Tile Shower.

Extras: Private Pool (26 x 14), Wireless Internet Access, Ping Pong Table, Fenced Back Yard, Fireplace Not Operational, No Smoking, Dogs Allowed, Parking; 5 Cars, Max. Occupancy: 14 people, Distance to the Beach: 525 ft.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

We are a family of 9 and we loved this property. Enough room for everyone! The pool was lovely and had great access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The property was very dirty. 2 of the bedrooms had broken/missing blinds. The threshold between a bathroom and bedroom was missing. Grill was left very dirty. Floors dirty - we bought a mop. The A/C ceiling vent was filthy - totally black. Downstairs shower left with a mound of hair in drain. Totally gross. The living room walls had areas where the paint had been torn away. On the plus side - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and having a washer and dryer available was handy. The location to the beach was also good. We would definitely return to this area, but would never stay at this home again. We felt like 1/2 of our cleaning fee should have been returned to us because we did not receive a clean house to begin with.

The neighborhood is perfect, a short walk to the beach, a short drive into town, wish the pool had been heated but nevertheless it was still nice. Be careful if you bring pets- there is prickers all over the yard that are painful to pull out of paws. Overall we will enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was a nice house and a good size for us. It was clean and management was great when we had a question. A gas fire pit was listed in the description so that was disappointing when it wasn’t there. Location was great, all in all I Would stay here again

This property worked out great for my group of 10. We got lucky that the weather was so nice because we were able to spend most of our time relaxing by the pool or up on the huge deck which are the key features of this home. The beds were also very comfortable. We had 1 issue all week (the internet router died) and the team at Sandbridge Blue fixed it quickly for us with no hassle. I Will definitely recommend it and would stay again. Good times were had by all.

Inside property was decent with all the new renovations. There is a bug and ants problem in the kitchen and living room area that should be taken care of. Outside area needs to be better kept. The grill was dirty and looked like it has never been cleaned. The outside deck tables and chair were also not cleaned prior to our arrival. The ping pong table was old and rotting, should be thrown out.
