MUCH AMENITIES. FOOD IS GOOD IN TASTE BUT NOT MUCH VARIETY

NICE CLEAN STAY WITH GOOD COURTEOUS STAFF BUT NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AS CHARGES ARE LIKE 5 STAR WITHOUT MUCH AMENITIES. FOOD IS GOOD IN TASTE BUT NOT MUCH VARIETY.

NO EVENING GANGA ARTI (OTHER SUCH HOTEL/ RESORT DOES).

The location, room size, staff are amazing however I couldn’t find the hotel as value for money

The staff working there. All of them are so attentive and welcoming

Considering how expensive the hotel room rate is. I didn’t find the hotel as value for money. The rate being on Full Board is good however the buffet isn’t lavish as what I am used to in hotels in other cities. I understand that it is wellness retreat however it could have been upgraded

It was one of the best trips amd accommodation I have stayed i. not only on India but probably any Asian country it is t

it was on the Ganges river with a view of the mountains we upgraded to a room with a view 4 out of six nights and for that we each got a complimentary massage. The food was freshly cooked 3 times a day and if I couldn’t eat what was on the buffet the staff prepared what ever I asked for services was stellar .

I have nothing bad to say yhe property was well designed we didn’t need to leave except for a drive into the mountains

Good property, lovely, beautiful, for cheaper price. would love to go back there

property was so good, suite we booked was huge , food was yummy, healthy and great, the doctor on board there was really good - worth a try if you believe in Ayurvedic treatments.

I had a late check in as my flight landed in Delhi at 830, had to pick up my friend and we drove to rishikesh. by the time we reached rishikesh, it was 330am, the employee present there was like you don’t have reservation. I showed my confirmation, he was like booking.com doesn’t have proper information, they are usually wrong. he went in to check and found out that one of the rooms that’s filled was reserved under our names. by then, I booked another hotel as he mentioned he doesn’t have any rooms available. they made us stand outside the gate for 30 minutes. the director was good, he called the next day and apologized offering a free spa session as apologies for the inconvenience. The property is decently good for another trip

Amazing experience

It was an amazing experience to be able to stay in this beautiful place and enjoy the views of the Ganga. We were treated with ayurvedic medicines and overall had a superb time at the hotel.

The location, staff and service was beyond expectation, A perfect respite from the bustle of India

Staff were exceptional service providers, keen to share their area of expertise, and to share their culture.

Monkeys are a problem wherever there is food - seeing them swim in the pool put us off going for a swim.

Everything about this place was absolutely spectacular!

Everything about this place was absolutely marvellous. Mostly, the people (staff and other guests) made it extremely warm and comfortable. The ambience was suitable to exactly what I needed - rejuvenation. I would like to show appreciation to Saurhab we received me at reception upon check-in and made splendid recommendations for activities outside the hotel. The kitchen staff and waiters - especially Amit. Dr Tejendra, who was absolutely amazing and had extremely good recommendations for my wellness. Punit at housekeeping was always so courteous and another gentleman (I forgot his name) who seems to do general maintenance. Everyone was amazing! I even feel bad I did not mention everyone by name because the lady who did my treatment was also awesome and so was the Yoga teacher. I also loved the pathway at the back of the property that stretches along the Ganges river - it was conducive to nice relaxing walks which I did every day.

The front of the hotel is totally different from the back. The back of the property has stunning views of the Ganges River. It is like two different worlds. However, it absolutely did not take away from the amazing experience as most things happened at the back anyway.

Modern SPA hotel on a pedestrian promenade on river ganges. Big very clean rooms with striking views to mountains and river. We have had the best nassages ever in the hotel! We have forgotten expensive earrings in the room but director of the hotel Mr. Ajay retrieved it and delivered to Delhi . incredible service!

Limited times during which food was served (B: 7:30-9am, L: 1-2:30pm, D: 7:30-9pm). If you’re hungry outside of these times (e.g. due to jet lag), your food options are limited or non-existent.
