First time in Tokyo

We've been to an APA Hotel before and the room was exactly the same. It's small (but it's not a criticism). The room has plenty of facilities. Fridge, good aircon, coffee and kettle. Good shower and toilet. Quiet location, train station pretty close but far from main attractions in Tokyo. 24 hour family mart next to the hotel.

Other APA hotels have laundry and a common area, this hotel doesn't. We had to wait until check in time outside the hotel.

Très bon séjour !

Une bonne localisation avec ligne de train ou métro à proximité. Un lit extrêmement moelleux et le tout très propre. Un bon réseau WiFi. Bonne communication en anglais. Très bon hôtel !

Peut être la surprise d'avoir une boite pour petit déjeuner à déguster dans sa chambre qui reste petite.

Lovely stay!

I liked the location it was not as busy but next to the train station so everything was easy to reach. The hotel is nice. I know that people complained that there is only one elevator but I never waited long for it that was completely fine and not a problem at all. I got a room with a view over the city i requested that before. I liked it a lot that you get an amenity pack everyday. Also the bed was comfortable for me. I don’t have anything to complain it was a cheap stay and you got a good service. I would definitely come back again.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, da ich in Tokio freundlichere und ruhigere Hotels mit

Die Betten sind bequem. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. In den Duschräumen ist alles ausreichend vorhanden und von guter Qualität. Sie müssen keine eigenen Reinigungsmittel mitbringen, da alles pünktlich aufgefüllt wird. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist durchschnittlich.

Nicht so freundliches Personal wie in anderen Hotels, vor allem an der Rezeption. Sie grüßen meist nicht und wissen nicht viel, wenn man eine Frage stellt. Es gibt keinen Ort, an dem man zum Beispiel auf seinen Partner warten oder in sein Zimmer einchecken kann. Es gibt keine Getränke außer Wasser von schlechter Qualität. Es gibt keinen Platz zum Frühstücken. Man muss auf dem Bett essen. Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass es nicht möglich ist, einen Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen. Man muss es auf dem Bett tun. Es gibt keine Treppe zum Hoch- oder Runtergehen. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug und da das Hotel mehrstöckig ist, muss man sehr lange auf den Aufzug warten. Das Frühstück ist zu eintönig und wenn man, wie wir, z.B. zwei Wochen im Hotel bleibt, will man am Ende des Urlaubs nicht mehr auf das Frühstück schauen. Auch das tägliche kalte Frühstück war nicht nach meinem Geschmack.

Excellent séjour à l'APA Hôtel de Komagome

Toujours aussi pratique. C'est la 7ème fois que nous venons en 2 ans... Personnel très arrangeant, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, avec baignoire et minibar. Situation géographique idéale pour nous.

Les chaînes sur la télévision sont un peu limitées (pas de sport)

Great amenities, accommodating staff, good location

We really liked all the amenities the hotel room had, and for those not in our room it was easy to talk to hotel staff to request something. Also, location is good too, not too far from station and near one subway entrance.

The centralized heating was bad, it made the room rather hot in the evenings since we had no control over our room's temperature. We kept asking hotel staff what we can do about it, they lent us a cooling unit, but in the end in addition to the cooling unit, we also needed to open our window to make our room cooler (outside temperature during evening I think was 5-10 C).

Lokatie t.o.v. treinstation en restaurants en supermarkt, schoon

Wester ontbijtbox, niks te maken met westers, wij beginnen onze dag niet met gefrituurd eten, erg triest, hotelkamer erg warm, temperatuur niet zelf te regelen

どこも値上げが著しい中、このお値段で抑えてくれて助かります。

狭い客室ですが機能的に造られています。そこは面白いです。東京都内で5千円台ですし、駅からもそれほど遠くは無いのが良いです。

ベッドの高さは下に荷物を入れるスペースを作る為とはいえ少々高いです。

I stayed 5 days here while visiting Tokyo and honestly is one of the best and most comfortable hotels I've slept in.

Everything really, it felt expensive, well maintained and smelled good everywhere

Buena estancia en Tokyo

La ubicación, la cama y la habitación en general. No puedo valorar el desayuno ya que no lo incluí por los comentarios de otrxs viajerxs.

Por ponerle alguna pega, al ser un hotel más pequeño, solo disponía de un ascensor. Las vistas no eran bonitas, en mi caso daban a una calle muy estrecha. Aún así, repetiría!

コンパクトで全てに置いて便利だった。

入り口近くにエレベーターがあるので、連泊して出入りが楽だった。また、コンパクトで使いやすかった。駅からも近くて便利、お得です。

窓から外を見ようとしたが、L字型になっているので、向かい側の窓から丸見えで、見られなかった。部屋の位置により、カーテンは開けられない。部屋が思ったより狭い。

連泊したが、駅から近く、ホテル入口すぐにエレベーターがありとてもスムーズで便利だった。

特にないが、カーテン開けると横の棟から丸見えなのであけられなかった。

ここのAPAホテルはもう遠慮

駅までとても近く立地は良かった。

チェックインでアパカードが何度やり直しても読み込めず、結局手書きでチャックイン、Booking.comからAPAホテルさんに伝わって無いのか1人の予約しか入ってないと言われ、確認作業も行いとても時間が掛かりました。チェックアウト時、Booking.comには領収書はAPAホテルで頂く様、書いて有ったが、受け付けで宿泊証明しか出せないと言われ結局領収書無し。それも、2名で予約にも拘らず宿泊証明には記載が1人分だけ。部屋は、窓の閉まりが悪く、何度レバーを弄っても風の音で寝られない。お風呂は臭いがきつくゆっくり出来ない。廊下には、チャックインからアウトまで、清掃用キャスターが置き放し。朝食が弁当とは予約時分からなかったし、頂いた時の温めアナウンスも無し。

주변에 동네 슈퍼마켓이 있어 간단한 식료품을 싸게 살수있었음...

진짜로 좁음 침대 더블 사이즈 하나 들어가있고 화장실 변기는 벽에 딱붙어있어 불편. 혼자 편하게 있는거외에는 딱히 장점이 없음

great but would've been better had i not had to move rooms after a long exhausting day

kept getting new robe/ towels/toiletries/coffee/tea

after my first night the second day i went all around Tokyo so i was very tired and wanted nothing but to be in bed but as soon as i got there my key card wasn't working and basically staff moved me to a different room. it was frustrating and bothersome since after a long day of exploring i had to pack my stuff in the room they gave me first night and had to move/unpack all over again in another room.

Es war eine schöne Zeit und ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab in der Lobby eine Mikrowelle und Getränkeautomaten was ziemlich nützlich war.

Es gibt nichts was ich bemängeln könnte. Alles super.

Très bon séjour, hôtel bien placé et propre.

Propreté des lieux et gentillesse du personnel, bon emplacement, parfait pour accéder rapidement aux gros quartiers et différents points de vue de Tokyo.

Pleasant experience

Close to the station, standart APA hotel quality, you get what you expect = small rooms but comfy in general.

Komagome is a calm district with not much around.

Awesome! Picked this place twice!

The location was stunning, facilities were okay and the whole place was very clean 😄

The bathroom was a little compact for people taller than 170cm

There is no laundry at this APA hotel. Waiting time for lift is too long as there is only one lift.

Brilliant !

Everything! Such a beautiful comfortable hotel. We even forgot one of our electronics in the room and the hotel have made a Request to have it sent back to the UK as I am moving to a diff country to travel! How amazing is that! Such good value for money and all the amenities even down to the most particular of toiletries !

お値段から考えると、快適なホテルでした。

部屋が広いわけではないですが、設備等コンパクトに無駄なく設置されていて使い勝手が良かったです。落ち着いた色合いでオシャレな部屋でした。朝食はお弁当でしたが美味しかったです。

フロントで質問した際の対応が人によって差がありました。正社員とパートの違いかとも思いました。それから部屋のエアコンのホコリと黒カビが気になりました。部屋はグラスと紙コップがありましたが、熱いものを飲む時紙コップは持ち手がないので少し冷めるのを待ちました。
