Situated on the beautiful beach in quiet Ormond-by-the Sea, this luxury condominium is on the 5th floor in the newest building in the area. Perfectly located between Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach this is the perfect getaway.
***3 month minimum rental in the Capriana
Whether soaking in the hot tub or walking on the beach you will find the spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean are a great way to start your day. If not out exploring the area during the da,y you can enjoy reading a book by the pool, building sandcastles on the car free beach and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. Winding down on your deck watching the sunsets is sure to be your favorite time of day.

Amenities in this pristine condominium include: Oceanfront Pool & Hot Tub, boardwalk to the quiet non-driving beach, Barbeque Grill, Fitness Center, Clubroom, secured underground parking and private closet where you will find your beach chairs and toys!

With 2500 sq ft and 9' ceilings this condo is very spacious, open and comfortable. This fully furnished unit on the 5th floor includes a fully stocked, full service kitchen as well as it's own laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The Master Suite has a King Size bed, office area, shutters on windows and sliding glass door to balcony, 55" television, 2 closets (one of which is a large walk-in), granite double vanity, Jacuzzi garden tub, oversized walk-in shower & private water closet.

At the end of the hall way is a Guest Suite with a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and full sized private bath with walk in shower.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and full sized bathroom with shower/tub is across the hall.
Both back bedrooms have sliding Plantation Shutters over the sliding glass doors onto the oversized balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

Both the Family Room and Living room have access to the balconies for dining or relaxing on the abundant and comfortable patio furniture. Endless hours can be spent overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where dolphin are often sited as well as whales and manatees on occasion.

We stayed for 3 months (January-March). The condo complex is very nice as is the condo itself. The ocean view from the side balcony is fabulous. The sunset view from the front balcony is gorgeous. The noise from the front street was an issue at times but I wouldn't let that stop me from staying at the condo. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully. The condo is quiet and the residence are friendly. The owners were kind, quick to respond to questions, and were flexible when we had to change our arrival date. Parking in the underground parking is a huge plus. Publix is minutes away. There is a little restaurant right across the street (Sun and Sand Cafe) that was very good and fast. There are multiple restaurants within 10 minutes I like staying somewhere I feel like I am home or in a neighborhood setting. I don't like staying in the thick of the tourist activity and this condo location was perfect. You can get to all the places you want to see but then relax for some down time.. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The condo was gorgeous. Views of ocean and sunsets over river. Located in a very convenient area to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a great winter in warm sunny Florida.

We stayed at Capriana Condo from December 15, 2018 through March 15, 2019. Katie & Greg were very responsive & helpful hosts. They greeted us upon our arrival & showed us around the building & our unit. The condo was extremely clean & looked exactly as the pictures shown on VRBO. There was an abundance of bed linens & towels along with beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in good condition. The patios were spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy sunsets on the west & great views of the ocean on the north. The condo was generously spacious & visitors remarked in amazement regarding the size. All in all our stay at Capriana was very enjoyable.

We rented this unit as a short term rental and had a great experience! The family was very accommodating to us and our rental needs and we enjoyed our time at the Capriana. The unit is spacious and the views are wonderful. We enjoyed our time on the beach and our kids loved their time being in the sand. The Brousse's are a wonderful family and helped us gain many special memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Capriana condo. The condo is large with lots of space to easily accommodate a family . It is beautifully furnished, nicely decorated with lots of windows to allow in the sunshine. The location on Ormond Beach is unbeatable, plus it is within walking distance to a Publix. We also enjoyed walking the beach and trying our skills at surf fishing. Greg and Katie were very gracious hosts. They live nearby so were readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

The accommodations are spacious, and lovely and was a perfect fit for my vacation needs with family. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans , utensils, dishes. We like to cook. Small gym was adequate and convenient. The location on beach with no drive beach. Balconies are very spacious, love taking an afternoon nap in the shade. Thank you Mary

The condo was spacious and had beautiful yet comfortable decor. Multiple patios allowed for different views throughout the day. Pool and hot tub are awesome. Every amenity you could want and grocery store nearby, intimate brew pub across the street. Owner is very helpful and easy to work with....we will stay again!
