The in-ground concrete private pool will be a hit with the kids and you can relax in the hot tub while the kids enjoy the pool.
Inside you will be spoiled with all the furnishings and décor selected by a premier Outer Banks decorator. Top level kitchen and dining has no-fuss tile floors, and the Great Room and hallways have oak flooring. Tile and glass doors in all showers for a spa feel, and all bedrooms will be carpeted for a soft touch on your feet at night. The rec room has a full-size pool table, seating for watching the LCD TV or games.
Located in Ocean Lakes in Ocean Sands, Corolla, you are close to community pool and tennis. Also, close to groceries, shopping, movies and family activities. Bring the whole gang to enjoy this brand new lovely property!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
