Spend a fabulous vacation in this beautifully decorated and fully equipped condominium on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Florida. Watch the waves from your balcony or search for sharks' teeth on 13 miles of pristine beach just outside your door. This unit is located on the third floor and has recently been remodeled. It is completely equipped for a carefree vacation including washer and dryer. The property features a walkway to the beach, swimming pool, outside barbecue grill, outside shower to rinse off sand, and assigned parking.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. at the unit. An earlier time check-in may be available. This depends on whether someone has checked out that day. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A later time may be available if no one is checking in that day.

View was amazing and perfect location on the beach. The condo was clean and everything we needed was included. The washer and dryer and beach chairs were an added plus. My family enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

The condo was perfect for our family. The condo is in a great location on the beach. We expected the beach to be more crowded the week of July 4th which was not the case. The walk to the beach is much shorter than most condos in Fernandina. The condo itself was stocked with more than what most are. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or maybe a guest before us left supplies. It was a nice touch. The king size bed’s mattress is firm and I was very skeptical at first. My husband and I agreed it was very comfortable. Overall, we have no complaints. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years in Fernandina and I would say this was the best one yet.

Loved this location and the condo was perfect for us. Perfect view of the ocean and easy access was key for us. Condo was very nice & clean, easy communication. Will stay here again!

The condo has an amazing view. Access to the beach is easy. However, it is in great need of an update. Carpet needs to be removed and replaced with either tile or lvp. Matresses and furniture need replacing. On a brighter note, everything you could possibly need for a great beach stay was provided.

The location of this condo right on the ocean can't be beat. The condo itself is clean and comfortable and has everything we need for a relaxing extra-long weekend. The building is quiet and people are friendly. My friend and I have stayed at a few condos on Amelia Island (in this building and others) and this one is more updated than some and less expensive than others -- all in all, a good balance. We will be back!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks beach front on Amelia Island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (even a tea kettle!). Mary Ann and Joe were very responsive and communication was good. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to several restaurants and bike to the Greenway or Fort Clinch. Down town Fernandina is easy to get to as are several grocery stores. This section of beach is quite quiet. We are very much looking forward to next year's stay.

Condo is exactly as advertised. Well appointed with anything/everything you need. Nice quiet neighbors. Wonderful views of the ocean - watching the sunrise and listening to the waves at night is the best (both bedrooms are on the parking lot side, but you can still hear the ocean if you keep the door open). Would stay again - hoping to next year if dates work out! Thanks for a wonderful week in one of our favorite cities!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Oceans of Amelia. The Condo was beautiful with huge windows looking out at the ocean! It was such a gorgeous view! We hope to come back next year. The restaurants and shopping are very close, there is so much to do! Our host Mary Anne was wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family!

Super property with a very nice location. We were there during the coldest Christmas in year and stayed nice and warm. Proximity to Fort Clinch, historic district and the beach make this a wonderful place to spend a few days.

Absolutely perfect is how I would sum up our trip. You can’t get any closer to the beach. The condo has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen stocked beyond what you could expect. This was our second trip here and hope to be back next year.

Families first time on the beach, words can’t describe the reaction of stepping into the condo and right there was the ocean. The sounds and smells to remember. The condo was just the right size for the 4 of us. We would definitely come back without any issues or qualm’s. Thank you for the adventure.

The condo was great!!! Location on the island to all of its places of interest and Ferdinand Beach was centrally located. The condo was very clean but could use some updating. We had the best time at this unit in Fernandina! The beach views were amazing from the all of the main rooms. Comfy beds and furniture as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We were 10-15 minutes from everything fun there is to do in the Fernandina Beach and Ameila area. Parking was a bit tricky as there is only one space per unit and we had 2 cars but owner helped us find secure overnight parking. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is everything that was promised. The balcony overlooks the ocean and provides an amazing view. The beach Is just steps away and was not crowded in our area. The condo was attractive and comfortable and was close to 2 good restaurants, both with outdoor eating on the beach. Downtown historic Fernandina is a 10 minute drive and has cute shops, good restaurants, and lovely historic buildings. A real find. We'll be coming back next year!

This was the best equipped condo we've ever stayed at. They provided beach chairs and beach towels which was a HUGE surprise. All of the kitchen essentials seemed newer and showed very little use. The ocean view was great, we got to sit on the porch one night and watch the storms and the next morning we were watching dolphins jump in the ocean! The only downside was the pool was very cold but that has nothing to do with the condo itself so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy that.

Loved everything about this condo! located right on the beach. Very comfortable bed and living room furnishings, great ocean views. Well-equipped kitchen. My first stay on the north side of the island - it was awesome and close to everything - Egans Creek Greenway, downtown, Ft. Clinch, main beach. Walk or bike everywhere!
