Overall good but could’ve been better

The room layout and paint colors were relaxing

Only 1 trash bin and that was only for the bathroom. Only 2 sets of pillows for a family of 6. When asked if we can obtain 2 out even 1 more staff declined… yet again other rooms were empty. WiFi wasn’t working for me..

Would never stay here again

The bathroom was the only clean nice comfortable place to be.

Dirty walls. Dirty sheets. Called 10 times to request clean sheets and I got no answer.

Enjoyable

Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby.

The paint on doorways and corners needs to be touched up. Also, the bathroom barn-door needs a door handle.

that it was close to the location I had to be at that night

Would Never Go Back. Book Best Western Instead.

Loose Nails in the door frame, which was also coming off the wall because the hinge to keep the door closed in the event of emergency or need for privacy is only attached to the trim and not the wall. Walls were scuffed up and damaged, blue painters tape on the window saying don't open but no warning about the loose nails. Couch was obviously in need of cleaning. There were many reasons to not go back. The spa was nice but the step done is possibly more than a foot steep and nothing to grip your feet as you step down with no handle bars for safety. The shower, in order to get out, has no handle bar to hold on to if you want to pull the door, just a 1 inch round stub because the opposite side of the door on the outside of the shower has the handle you'd used to pull it, even though you push from that side to get it.

fun comfortable sunny stay in Glendale :)

I love the location! cute small motel friendly staff and the motel is recently renovated like new! very spacious and nice. the bathroom is super nice with fridge and blow dryer and the staff were very nice! close to downtown shopping centers next to Mediterranean restaurants & Armenian food thank you 💕 I’ll be coming back!

no microwave to warm up for leftovers. the parking is small since its a small motel but luckily we had a very small car. maybe for bigger van or suv might have to park on the street.

I’ll never use Booking.com again

Booking.com charged me the full price for the two night stay and when I checked into the room the hotel clerk demanded that I also pay the hotel the full price of the two night stay and I have been double charged on my credit card!

The guy at the front desk took my number from the booking confirmation and texted me at night very inappropriately. He was hitting on me. I had to leave. It’s stinks in there.

overall unit 104 is not worth more than $140+ more like $50 for its condition especially having thin roofs you can here

the shower was the best.

the price for the unit is expensive for its value. paint on the wall is dirty. there’s no secondary lock/ latch on the door. towel had yellow stains. piece of hair on the bottom sheet of the bed. you could here the above unit wasn’t able to sleep in piece due to hearing tenants walking all night long.

cheap, but not worth it. unclean and not to a basic hygiene standard.

unclean. towels were very old and stained. bed was made incorrectly with sheet in top and blanket on bottom - asked for extra sheet. staff do not know how to maintain a room to normal standards. also smoke detector was hanging down and no battery in it.
