Kick back in the media room with queen sofa bed, large flat screen TV and sound system to watch the latest movie or to catch the game. A small refrigerator and microwave are also in the media room. The laundry room is conveniently located on this level. Climb to the top level, passing a half bath on the landing, where you will be blown away by phenomenal views of the ocean and National Seashore bordering the southern end of Salvo. Upscale furnishings decorate the room and make you feel at peace in front of the large screen TV atop the mantel. Two decks are accessible from the great room – facing north and south – affording a multitude of views including heavenly sunrises and sultry sunsets. The dining table seats 10 along with 4 more at the breakfast bar, each seat with a view. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
