Exceptional

Everything was amazing! I have never seen such a will equipped kitchen and the barbecue place in the nice green terrace was the highlight. We enjoyed every minute. Very clean, spacious and cozy apartment. The host was very very friendly and there was nothing to complain. Check out the little winery next door!

Excellent stay in comfort and lovely facilities, close to amenities

Very comfy and private accommodation. Minutes walk to all facilities in Rovinj. Host very friendly and left us to our own devices even though she lived on the property. Outside area private and all facilities for a bbq or outdoor eating.

Comfortable and beautiful terrace.

The most comfortable place on our 3 week trip. Beautiful decorated and very well equipped for all your needs. Location is great outside of old town and quiet but just a 10 minute walk and you are at the harbor and the beautiful old neighborhoods.

We couldn’t stay longer, just 2 days. We will comeback and spend a week next time.

A lovely and comfortable place, with a friendly host.

Really lovely, homely accommodation. Friendly host, providing lots of essentials (washing powder, salt/pepper, oils, dishwasher tablets). Only at 20 min walk to lovely beaches and a 15 minute walk to the old town.

Well-stocked, comfortable apartment with great location

Elida was a gracious host and provided everything we could possibly need. Great location for walking into Rovinj (about 15 minute walk) and less than 5 minute walk to a small market. Great parking options either at the apartment or at a large lot across the street. Beautiful terrace with outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

We found the apartment to be a little warm with one mini split air conditioner struggling to cool the space. A few fans to help move cool air into the bedrooms would have been appreciated.

A wonderful family summer house

Best equipped house ever! The furniture and the decoration is exceptional and make you feel like you are staying at some family summerhouse. Wonderful green place at the terrace on the roof provided with stone barbecue place and direct water supply. And the downtown of Rovinj is to reach by foot. We enjoyed our stat very much.

Would be nice to equip the bathroom with some additional ventilation.

spacious clean very well equipped apartment

Apartment is very spacious clean and full of amenities of any kind you wish. Suitable for larger groups of friends or families. House is in a quiet area only 10 minutes walk to the city center. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate.

Great and silent place. Perfectly located, short walk to the sea and port area. Very cozy bedrooms and living room. Very niceterrace. Pleasant and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Best Apartment in whole Croatia!

Fully equipped and huge apartment with kitchen and everything you can think of. Everything new or renovated and brilliant clean. Special Terrace with Barbecue possibility and nice plants and flowers. Very nice furniture and style. Short walk to the center but a very quiet place. Elida and her houseband are very nice, they allowed us to park the car next to the house. We had a great time and stayed longer, we come back.
