This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator featuring an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, teapot, crock pot, pressure cooker, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, popcorn popper, toaster, spices, and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The dining table will seat 5 with an additional 3 bar stools at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a BBQ, Table and Wrap around couch to enjoy the warm desert breeze and stunning views.
The main level master suite features a king-size bed, two-night stands, lamps, and dresser. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a hairdryer, and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet that has a pack and play, high chair, luggage rack, and extra blankets.
The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen, end tables, lamp, 40-inch smart tv and closet. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo and a hairdryer.
This beautiful St. George Vacation Home also features two family rooms. The main level family room features two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table.
You will also enjoy a pack n play and high chair that is located in the main level master closet.
Second Floor
The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features a king bed, a lamp, dresser, two extra twin mats, and a flat-screen TV, luggage rack, and extra blankets. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo and a hairdryer.
The fourth master features a King bed and a twin bed, nightstands, lamps, luggage rack, extra blankets, and a flat-screen TV. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo and a hairdryer.
Upstairs Family Room features a huge Lovesac sectional that will also make into two queens or a California king. Also, enjoy the large flat-screen TV.
3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 twin bed, two twin mats, a queen aero bed, and the Lovesac couch that makes into either two queens or 1 California king.
