Logement à conseiller dans le joli port de Fowey

Un endroit charmant, typique et calme en surplomb de Fowey. Nous avions une chambre très agréable avec vue sur la baie. On est très gentiment accueilli.

Les communs mériteraient d'être rafraîchis et les escaliers sont assez raides. Pour le petit-déjeuner, on a une table assignée, du même numéro que la chambre. Donc en ce qui nous concerne, le long d'un mur sans jamais de vue extérieure. Il faudrait pouvoir choisir.

Comfortable stay

A very pleasant surprise as rooms have clearly been updated since the photos on booking.com were taken. A small room but very comfortable night stay. Had a great night sleep on a comfy mattress and breakfast was good. Staff were also friendly.

Up a slight hill to get to and parking situation can be precarious if encountering other cars going in/coming out but still a plus that it has parking! Steep staircase to reach room, which wasn’t a concern to us but might be to other’s.

Comfortable and quirky stay in Fowey.

The room was a little tight but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was great, the bed comfortable, it was quiet and clean. We parked in the car park, a bit tight to get into but once in we were lucky enough to park undercover!

The building is old and is like a maze inside! Some of the stairs are very narrow. This is not really a negative as it’s part of the charm, but people less able might like to be aware.

Fantastic long weekend break.

Room was great, clean, warm & comfy. Great friendly & helpful staff. Nice quiet location. Fantastic breakfast & a great selection of GF options for my wife.

Comfort and views

Location is great, the room had a lovely view of the river, comfortable bed, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Parking was a bit tricky round the back and the hallways are narrow and need a bit of an update

Modern room that was nicely done (and quiet) with a bit of a view down towards the town Good location especially if arriving by public transport with bus stop outside the pub Nice breakfast options

Absolutely excellent staff!!! Breakfast excellent with great service As a solo traveller the room was far better than many I have been in - alot of space

Only a very minute thing but the curtains in my room did let light in but I did communicate this on leaving.

A perfect place to step off the coast path for a night.

Great pub for locals and visitors with a friendly atmosphere. The room was small, but nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a night off from hiking along the coast path.

I had hurt my back so I couldn't take advantage of some of the facilities and ended up not having a meal, so I was really looking forward to a filling breakfast. There was lots of cereals, and the cooked breakfast was excellent, but the portion size (given that I hadn't eaten for 18 hours) could have been a little bigger. But it was delicious.

Safe Harbour Hotel Review

The food at the property was exceptional nowhere else I know does home cooked food these days and they pulled it off magically. The menu changes daily which is great nice for customers to sample new dishes. The staff were friendly and you get great views of the harbour as well to top it off. Probably the best stay I have had in any hotel bar none spectacular.

Idyllic location, small car park and great views. Friendly staff/owner and a quiz night too. Clean rooms and good water pressure.

Lovely period building

Great location, lovely well equipped room with private access in and out of the building without having to walk through the bar. Lovely helpful staff, overall great room and stay. Thanks for the stay, will definitely be returning in the future

Superb

Proper pub with proper Proper Job - that's proper - especially in a touristy town like Fowey. Great locals - didn't burn us at the stake when we won the meat draw twice - great hosts in Gill and Gra' - excellent breakfasts, locally sourced ingredients (ask for Steve's special surf n turf breakfast sandwich if you're feeling adventurous). And free PARKING!!!!

convenient with car parking in the small streets of fowey is a real find. lovely cute pub

the stairs up and down to rooms are steep and narrow and with lots of bags can be difficult

Great Hosts, excellent food ,looking forward to our next stay, which will be our third!

Welcoming and helpful. Easy to access and free parking, which is not easy to find in Fowey. Very nice accommodation. Very comfortable beds.Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Lovely dining room , with great views of Fowey. Good choice for breakfast. Sunday Lunches very tasty.
