My husband, myself and two teen daughters were all pleased with the accommodations. Super clean, had everything we needed and the perfect location. We especially loved that we had access to 4 beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. I would highly recommend this place for a family.

We had the best time! David and Peg are excellent hosts, every little detail was thought through, and the place felt more like home than a rental. This property was suitable for our family of 4 and our stay for beach outings, exploring the city and just relaxing after dinner. The home is equipped with everything you could think of. Communication was great with both owner and caretaker. I would recommend this rental as it was in a safe community.

The townhouse is exactly as pictured and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We love the location as it is minutes from Wrightsville Beach (which we didn’t get to as our visit was brief) great restaurants and laundry. We have stayed in this townhouse community before and feel very safe, it is also a quiet neighborhood. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and we’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious house close to the beach! Spotless home, great amenities, and amazingly responsive host. David and Charlotte were flexible and always willing to help me. We stayed for a week and it was perfect! 10 min drive to beach. They had everything possible we needed and more! The beds were so comfortable!! I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Townhouse. It was tastefully decorated and a great layout for the 3 guests that were with us. The owner was very responsive and the Townhouse was super clean. The spacious master suite was located upstairs which offered much privacy. We loved that you could walk over to Lumina Station and the Harris Teeter. Highly recommend Blueberries for breakfast or lunch! Would definitely look into staying here on our next Wilmington trip!

Our daughter got married at Wrightsville Manor and this townhouse was perfect for us and some of our family. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The deck was a lovely place for morning coffee and grill was great to cook dinners. The neighborhood was quiet and having two parking spaces ideal. It was easy to access and all the towels, appliances etc were high end. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Place had everything we needed. It was in a great location for us …close to where our daughter lived and the beach. We walked the loop many times and enjoyed pickelball. Cooked dinner twice there and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and surf boards were a bonus. Lots to do close by with great restaurants, shopping and farmers market. Neighborhood felt safe. Will stay again!

We came to town to home shop, we have many friends in town but also had Father In Law visiting Wilmington for first time. We were easily able to enjoy all of our favorite spots, DT river walk, Wrightsville Beach. Brunch at Blueberry’s dinner at Kipos, etc. my husband ran every morning down to beach. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and well appointed without being over done. Loved everything!! Host was incredible and responsive to our every need. Will return or recommend any chance we get!

So many wonderful things to say about this property. Immaculate, extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and fantastic location. So many wonderful restaurants near by, some within walking distance. Wrightsville beach 10 min down the road. The beds were comfortable, high end linens, thick, absorbent towels, and extra blankets. Closets stocked with ample hangers. Remote ceiling fan in primary bedroom but also new windows if wanting fresh air in the morning or for sleeping. Large shower supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Dual vanities, one mirror equipped with a magnifying mirror. The owners have thought of literally everything. Loved the quaint, private deck in the early morning...a cup of coffee and the sweet sound of the birds. There's even a grill out there. Like I said, they thought of everything. This is truly the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommend!!!

This was a wonderful location and condo. The condo is beautiful! Close to beach and great restaurants. We attended a wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. Just behind our accommodations. Nice deck with chairs and grill. I would recommend to any one interested. I hope to return.

Honestly, I've lost count how many times we have stayed at this property the past several years. It truly has become our home away from home. Not only is the place well-equipped (literally has almost everything), clean and captivating to look at the intricate things with added details. The owners, David and Peg are truly one of a kind! The pictures and description of the townhouse was good and completely accurate. We booked it as it was near family. The townhouse was even better than the description and was very welcoming, comfortable and very well equipped, more than at any other VRBO we have stayed in. Since our stay was in January and part of our stay was to celebrate our 80th birthdays with family we did not use the bikes or beach chairs, but we did have some sunny days to enjoy the deck. The location was convenient to the things we did do in Wilmington. It was hard to leave and drive 14 hrs. north to the top of Indiana. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will hope to go back there again.

We enjoyed our stay during Labor Day weekend and highly recommend this rental! The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO so kudos to the owners who get the importance of a good nights rest. This is the second time that we have stayed at David’s townhouse, and this visit just reaffirmed everything we remembered about the place. And the beds are really comfortable! It’s so comfortable and clean, and we love how quiet the neighborhood is. It’s also so close to everything—the beach, shopping, downtown, UNCW, great food. This property is sheer perfection. It was beautiful, well supplied, and the cleanest VRBO property I’ve ever stayed in. The owners are lovely people, and were helpful and responsive when we had an unexpected development. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!
