Superbe riad

SUBLIME riad!! Service aux petits soins. Excellent petit déjeuner et emplacement ideal. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Je recommande ++++++

Riad fantastico! Esperienza unica

Riad bellissimo, il più bello e caratteristico in due settimane! Accogliente, pulito e attenzione ai dettagli e al cliente. Cucina super, complimenti di cuore alle signore del Riad, piatti tipici super gustosi! Abbiamo cenato più volte, anche se non è proprio economico ne vale la pena! Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è sempre presente in struttura, disponibile, sempre pronto e volenteroso per soddisfare tutte le esigenze! La zona è perfetta per girare la Medina, facile da trovare, in zona tranquilla e comodamente raggiungibile in taxi dalla stazione (+3minuti a piedi). Terrazza bellissima con vista su tutta la Medina. Consiglio e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci, grazie per questa esperienza unica!!!

Beautiful Riad with an Amazing Staff and Unbelievably Good Breakfast

Beautiful riad, amazing staff, unbelievable breakfast, wonderful location

Beds and pillows were harder than we like. It took our bedroom a while to cool down from the air conditioning.

Absolutely Amazing!

The Riad was absolutely amazing!! It was the most beautiful property during our whole stay in Morocco, the internal architecture was stunning, it was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a wide range of options. Last but not least, the terrace was also charming with a nice Fes medina view.

Exceptional

Riad Fes Nass Zmane was absolutely beautiful - more so than any of the ones we stayed at during our 2-week trip to Morocco. The terrace is incredible, with an unobstructed view of the medina. Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of good options. The staff was personable and kind. Rooms were nice and clean.

Consider booking a tour guide of the medina before getting to Fes. We didn't like the guide that the riad recommended.

Quiet and peaceful Riad perfect for few days in Fes

We had a fabulous time at Riad Fes Nass Zmane. Mr. Lutfi was a fabulous host with warm Moroccan hospitality and helped us organize a few tours. The garden and decorations is insta worthy. Great view from the terrace. Very family friendly. The Tajine and the breakfast tasted really good. Definitely recommend and would return again.

Good stay

The Fes Nass Zmane riad is fantastic! It is located very close to the Fes city center, the internal architecture of the riad is beautiful, the terrace faces on the Fes medina. The room was incredibly cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast was also rich, with a lot of choices between sweet and salty dishes, both typical from Morocco and international.

I think that the restaurant service will be excellent even without all the "monitoring" performed by the waiters. If you are the only one in the restaurant room it is a bit annoying.

I would come back to Fes just for them!

incredibly beautiful property, great location and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect to include arranging for a cab to walk to our door, help with our luggage and ensure we made it to train station. this may not seem like a lot but for a tourist in a busy city, they saved us. we did not have the same care at other riads we stayed. I highly recommend. also the manager Mustafa (spelling?) was great and I absolutely loved Ismael. need more hosts like them ❤️

Incredible Riad Minutes from the Medina Center

Absolutely incredible stay. I can not describe how beautiful the Riad and the rooms are. Originally built in the 40s, the interior is incredibly ornate and historic. You’re welcomed by some Moroccan tea and pastries. The service is spectacular and the staff incredibly thoughtful. I would highly recommend having dinner at the Riad at least once. The meals are made to order and feel very much like a homemade meal. Very delicious! The balcony has great views of the Medina and is a lovely place to relax. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

We stayed in Morocco for one month, and most living in Riads. This is the one when we walked in had to say whoa...! It is a beautiful place, amazing court yard. Around 7:30p at the roof top during the call for prayer time with the sounds and night view of the whole medina city... that was why we came that far for! Breakfast was great! Dinner also very good especially the Morocco assortment appetizer. The owner and staff were very polite and helpful. Great location.

Exceptional

The Riad looks really like it does in the Pictures, just beautiful. We had the large Room directly to the square, it is really feels special you feel like a nobleman of old times. The Staff was very polite and kind. We had the new year buffet it wasn't cheap, but the best eating experience we had in Morocco. You have to walk a little to get to the Riad, but it is no big problem. We can really recommend this place.

Very beautiful riad. Very kind and nice host. Very delicious and best breakfast in Morocco for our 10 days trip. Rooftop view is very beautiful. The air conditioner heated the room very well.

The bathroom had some bad smell, and we had to open bathroom window even in cold winter. The parking is nearby street parking.

A Riad fit for a King

Gorgeous Riad! The terrace has the most spectacular view of the Medina. Osama is hard working and helpful! The food was absolutely delicious!

Magical! A must visit (and re-visited), even just for a night to experience a Riad

It was an absolute delight staying at this Riad - everything from the décor, outstanding service and not to mention the exceptional breakfast - best we had in Morocco. Mr. Usama made the stay great. He really went out of his way to make our stay memorable. Even the owner of the Riad was so pleasant - always had a smile so bright.

Daily house keeping would have been better. Complimentary coffee would have been a great touch or at least mention the charges next to the coffee machine (Nespresso coffee is chargeable, which we were not aware until we were chaged)

Lovely place, very well located, great breakfast.

The staff was super nice, the location of the Riad was very central and we could walk everywhere, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was really good and varied.

The room was not well isolated; we could hear noise from the hall (guests passing by and talking) and from the street. Although it is mentioned that car parking is available, you have to walk a bit until you reach it and it needs to be paid to the guys that run the park, not free as advertised.

Let's see... large comfortable room, beautiful lobby/dining area, huge breakfast spread, low price plus the nicest, most helpful hotel manager you can imagine. Easily the best value of the many hotels we stayed at in Morocco.
