Good place.

Good place, 10-min walk from central bus/train station. Small shop in a near building (4 min walk). Small, cozy and warm in this part of a year. Good coffee machine.

Microwave got broken in a middle of our stay, and we had to heat up food on a stove There were no shower gels and shampoo.

Pretty good, but some areas need improvement

1. Location 2. Bright room with large windows 3. Variety of kitchen facilities

1. Floor lamp's construction was broken (see photo), so you are not able to set it up in upper position 2. Oven handle is held on with adhesive tape ... Entirely 3. Internet is a joke, usual speed is about 2-3 Mbps. Staff could not deal with this, because according to them this is Play ISP issues. So I think you rather need to replace ISP in this case. 4. Quite narrow bed, may be uncomfortable for tall people 5. The apt was dirty and poorly cleaned - cobwebs in corners and on the lamp's, stains under the kitchen.

Working elevators would have made this amazing.

Pros: Great location. Clean place. Quiet.

Cons: The elevator doesn't work most of the time. It must be an everyday thing because it says this in the check-in instructions. So if you have heavy bags, you are going up 3-5 flights of stairs.

Apartments are smaller, than looked to me on photos, so I’m not sure that it fits for long stays.

Overall good place to stay close to train station and old town, although a bit pricy.

A good spot next to old town and train station. At night queit, small balcony, all necessities to feel like at own appartment.

Finding the keys was a bit difficult and even bigger problem and scare was when we needed to leave, the box with the keys did not close, keys were catching on the box, thought about leaving in the post box, it was closed so no option, called the owner number, nobody picked up. Closed it by a sheer chance and left with just enough time to catch our connection.

When choosing an apartment - it was not possible to see its photos. Photos in the description of the apartment were general, but there was no photo for a specific room

Excellent choice for a couple days stay!

Clean, well decorated. good location, generally good equipment in the apartment.

TV does not bring any value for non polish speaking visitors.

A short stay in Krakow

Apartment is less than 5 minutes away from main bus and train station. Shopping centre Galeria Krakowska is less than 10 minutes away from the building, whereas in around 15 minutes you reach the main square. Location of apartment is perfect for short getaways. Host sent me all information how to find apartment and to self check in. Apartment was clean, warm, positioned on a quiet floor, and equipped in all essential facilities for short or a longer stay. In nearby areas, you will find grocery and coffee shops. We could rest well during our stay. Kitchen and laundry appliances met the goal!

Nothing to complain about. We had a positive experience with the appartment.

Great Apartment

Warm and cosy with everything we needed. It was lovely to have tea/coffee/sugar there until we found a supermarket. Plenty of hot water and comfy bed.

Would be nice to have some English TV channels. Also would be good to have directions from the train/bus stations to the apartment complex as it took us some time to find it on foot.

Perfect City Break Accommodation

The apartment was in a great location, not far from the main square and Uber’s are roughly £2. It was clean, modern and had all facilities you could need. Felt very secure with the security codes needed and it was a peaceful complex. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone

Exceptional

New, clean, cosy apartment. The exchange of the keys was easy, parking in the garage was very much appreciated. We felt absolutely safe in the flat. Everything you will need for a few days was in the apartment and it was sparkling clean. Within 20 minutes of walk you are in the city. Coffee shop is right next to the apartment, huge shopping mall is just 10 min away.
