Byggarbetsplats trots att hotellet varit öppeti 2 år.

Situation and the seaview Parkering vid boendet

Byggarbetsplats Delad terass med 4 vilket inte framkommer. Ej städat när vi kom. Inget varmvatten vid mulet väder. Rum 5 var bäst. Frukost italiensk med mest sötsaker. Personalen gör så gott dom kan. Vattenkokare men inget eluttag, koppar, the eller kaffe. Inga galgar. Byggdamm från hantverkarna överallt. Terassen mycket smutsig. Långt till affär. Endast 2 pappmuggar. Snubblade på en trappkant i mörkret på kvällen och slog höft och hand. Hiss ej klar. Inga skyddsräcken så mm kunde ramla ner 2 våningar. Påpekade detta och det tog en hel dag att fixa detta men ändå ej barnsäkert.

Buchung über Booking.com war enttäuschend, Hotel aber sehr gut.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr schöne Lage des Hotels, neue Inneneinrichtungen.

Bei der Buchung über Booking.com hat man erst auf dem 31. Foto die effektive Zimmersituation (nur kleines Oberfenster) gesehen, was sehr irreführend war. Das Hotel hat das Zimmer richtigerweise als Innenbereichszimmer deklariert.

Soddisfatti!

Hotel di recente costruzione in posizione splendida sul mare vicino al centro storico ed al porto. Bellissima terrazza con vista impagabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio privato in loco .Da consigliare anche per la pulizia

Non è dotato di ascensore e le scale esterne un po' anguste possono creare qualche problema in caso di difficoltà nella deambulazione

Great location for walking to the old city. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was a great choice on our first night.

Soulless, no atmosphere.

Location was good, an easy stroll into town. The receptionist was bored, miserable and not very friendly. Our room was basic with a minuscule window which was at ceiling height so it felt like you were staying in a box. Friendly, helpful waiter at breakfast though.

The best place to stay in Vieste!

The view from the terrace and from our room of Vieste was superb. The staff were very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was very good although because of the weather we couldn't eat outside with a view of the sea which i imagine could be a really enjoyable experience.

The hotel is in an exceptionally beautiful spot and I will never forget the magnificent views

Location, staff, views, terrace all excellent

No Vieste information in the room, no hotel information in the room, couldn’t dial reception as there was no number, no sample menu’s or information about the restaurant, I did ask for fresh rolls for breakfast and they were provided.

Disappointing

Full lack of charm, rooms are very basics and very noisy (can almost understand conversations from the rooms around). Overall the ambiance is really cold. Breakfast deadline was 9:30 while we were 2 customers in the entire hotel.

Great location. Inferior furnishings in the rooms. Terrible wifi.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. The hotel itself looks like it is in good condition. The dining patio looked nice although we did not eat there.

While booking.com advertised that there was wifi in the rooms, there wasn't. It was also very weak throughout the property. If they invested money into making the rooms more comfortable with a comfy bed and nicer furniture, it would make a huge difference. The furniture looks very cheap. They also need umbrella's on the upper terrace. Very small rooms.

Good

lovely room off a huge shared terrace with great view towards Vieste, we had the very last room, ( the best room) so didnt have people walking past. very clean, we had two days here & enjoyed the easy walk into the old town.

the bed was terrible so uncomfortable could feel the springs thru the mattress! we were sent to a cafe near the port, with a included breakfast voucher, very unfriendly lady served us, its a coffee & croissant, as we were on cycle tour we asked if we could have two, it was made very clear only 1. there is so many nicer cafe’s to be given breakfast voucher & alot closer walk to the town. abit disappointing as it was my husbands birthday i feel the place is over priced!

Superb

Splendid location, pleasant staff.

The terrace is common for several rooms. The room is rather small, very small door and window. Bed and mattress rather uncomfortable. One would expect more for the price.

Poor

The position was fabulous. The lady in reception was really helpful.

Our room with a terrace was awful. We were told that the terrace was shared but did not realise that this would mean you had to have the curtains drawn all the time as people regularly wandered past the door. The bed was absolutely dreadful - a lumpy mattress with nothing separating it from the thin sheet. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the next room - and I mean everything! The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was delightful but the breakfast staff were surly and reluctant to offer any sort of service. There was no bread of any type on the 2 days we were there but seemed to be a good selection of cakes. Shame as the position of the hotel is perfect.

Nice view but no cleaning

Property has A nice view of the harbor entrance

Our room was barely cleaned during the stay. We were never changed the towels. Check in took 15’ because the owner was not at the hotel. Definitively not a nice service. Extremely poor internet connection which didn’t allow for internet calls or receiving email with no service data where the hotel is located. The owner took the payment from my credit card from booking at the check in (without notifying me in advance) despite I clearly never authorized the payment via Booking but I selected to pay at the hotel at the check out. Definitely overpriced and not worth the money we spent
