Great property with a nice private pool

Excellent property. The hosts were super helpful and hospitable but without invading your privacy. The house was great, very clean and equipped with everything someone might need. The outdoor space and the pool were superb.

Great host, fabulous villa!

We had a fabulous stay. We stayed in the villa nearest the sea with a sea glimpse view and no neighbours, which is perfect when you want to getaway from it all and chill. Nafsika is a brilliant host. She’s available when you need her but otherwise gives you privacy. Like previous guests, we loved her welcome breakfast. The Villa is perfect for outdoor sunshine living. The bedrooms and en-suites were an ideal size for our family of 4, modern and clean. The beach is 2 minutes away and the town, 10-15 minutes stroll. We enjoyed dinners at Las Pas but overall found the beachfront there a little overcrowded BUT on Nafsika’s advice headed to Paliourion which has some wonderful restaurants around a small square. We had a great break and we’d definitely recommend this property.

Hard to criticise as it was lovely. The small lounge was a little snug but we didn’t want to be indoors so it wasn’t an issue at this time of year.

Our host organized all details properly. We had a great a holiday. The villa is very close to the beach. We had a good time in the villa as well. The pool and the barbecue are also great. We will come again for sure.

a true dream of greece, absolutely amazing

amazing property, great views, beautifully laid out & outside area its great for socialising with friends. outstanding service from all staff met on site, covered with CCTV so the feeling of safety was there too. would 100% stay here again.

small kitchen, pool was not heated had to pay extra for a-lot of things which id of expected to come with the price of the villa.. e.g. outdoor heaters & heated jacuzzi

Exceptional

The villa was very nice and clean. The barbeque area was a great spot for relaxing next to the pool. The pool itself was also clean. There is overall plenty of outdoror space. Everything looks modern and just like in the pictures. Most importantly, the host was extremely friendly and responsive to every need and question we had.

The rooms can feel rather small. The living room was too tiny for the amount of people in the villa. It didn't bother us too much since we spent most time outside and the villa is meant for the summer. Besides that, there's nothing else we didn't like.

Beautiful and modern beach house with fantastic pool to enjoy after the beach

Very clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen/bathrooms and good size bedrooms. Outdoor space is great and the family loved the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is fairly quiet and away from the busy main streets

Beds are a popular and valued brand but hard based on North American experience.

Wonderful vacation in Pefkahori

A beautiful modern villa with a warm and welcoming host

The villa was absolutely beautiful - so modern and exceptionally well designed with all the little details taken care of. The outside area is huge with a beautiful terrace, pool and large lawn. We were so impressed with all the extras such as bath robes, slippers, nice beach towels, and a selection of food and drink on our arrival. Our host Nafsika was also wonderful - she was so warm and friendly from the moment we booked the villa until the moment we left! If we needed something, she was able to bring it over to us right away and even baked us a traditional cheese pie, which was amazing!

Nothing! This villa and the host were exceptional. 1 small piece of feedback would be that we struggled having enough glasses as there was only 1 tumbler per person, so if they were dirty or in the dishwasher we didn't have any glasses (except wine glasses). But this is really no big deal and I feel bad even mentioning it because everything else was great!

Perfect location, property and host.

The host and location were great and I would highly recommend this property and location for families or groups of friends.

The inside kitchen was a little small, but with the outside bbq and tables we mostly ate outside.

Perfect stay

We booked a villa for a short break. The villa and the stuff were all amazing. Modern design and convenient location next to the beach with many options available nearby. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Excellent! Management were very helpful, the villas are very clean and luxurious!

Nafsika was very accommodating and welcomed us all very quick and efficiently on the day of our arrival. She informed us of the rules and answered all of our questions and provided us with her number and was available anytime if we needed anything atal. We received wine and honey on arrival which was delicious. The villas are very open but still private to the other residents staying. The villas had all the cooking equipment and tableware you needed to be able to do your own food and bbq regularly. Fresh towels and bedding every 3 days. Overall a beautiful villa - will definitely be returning!

Everything was great! The villa bedrooms haven't got massive amounts of space to store suitcases but there are other areas where you can store suitcases in the villa. Each room had shelves to keep clothes on but could do with some more hangers if you like to hang all of your clothes.
