OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
CLAUSE 1a - The object of this instrument is the rental of the house property, located at Av Dos Oceanos 550, Aquiraz-Ce, owned by the LESSOR and consistently furnished in 4 (four) rooms with beds beds, two with air conditioning, fans, tables, benches, sofa, chairs, home furnishings, gourmet kitchen with 6 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, 2 empty carboys, blender, grill, iron, Tramontina stainless steel cookware, plates, forks , utensils, deck equipped with barbecue, 1 freezer, 3 burner cooktop stove, wood table, benches, pool table, all in perfect condition and use.
PARAGRAPH FIRST - Will be provided the bedspreads and pillowcases that are already in the existing beds, sheets and bathing suits, will not be provided.
PARAGRAPH TWO - Will be available in the property, two gas cylinders (in the kitchen stove and deck stove), if the gas runs out, the lessee is responsible for the purchase and replacement of it, if deemed necessary.
USE OF PROPERTY
CLAUSE 2a - The LESSEE may use the property, making
Check in from 14h to 21h, and Check Out until midday of departure date.
Paragraph One - This rental is for seasonal purposes only, for family accommodation, leisure, and thus any alteration of said destination is prohibited,
except upon prior and express agreement of the LESSOR.
Paragraph Two - Failure to vacate the property within the stipulated date and time will result in a fine, as well as the collection of a new daily rate.
Paragraph Three - The renter must check in no later than 21 hours (time when the caretaker will be available to receive them), if it exceeds this time, will be charged an additional fee of $ 50.00, which must be passed on to the caretaker.
Paragraph One - It is expressly forbidden the permanence of
people in the property above the agreed.
Second paragraph - The presence and / or movement of animals in the rented property is not allowed.
CLAUSE FIVE - The transfer of this

The renter must return the property no later than noon (12h of the date of departure), without any possibility of extension of the stipulated time, IN THE SAME CONDITIONS OF USE AND CLEANING STATE RECEIVED, and must deliver the keys to the caretaker.
CLAUSE TWELVE - All LESSEE's luggage and belongings must be removed on the day of vacancy. If there is still any object belonging to the LESSEE, the LESSOR is not responsible for such object and may dispose of it.
CLAUSE THIRTEEN - The LESSEE shall administer, take care of the cleaning, order and conservation of the property.
First Paragraph. If the renter does not take care of the property, causing damage to objects, he will bear the expenses to repair it.
Second Paragraph - The Renter must deliver the property in the same conditions of hygiene and cleanliness that received it, not leaving any kind of garbage or dirt scattered, under penalty of paying an extra cleaning fee of R $ 150,00 (REAL HUNDRED FIFTY) ).
CLAUSE FIFTEEN - THE RENTER shall maintain the property, sanitary and electrical installations, locks, glass, taps, drains, floors, swimming pool and sidewalks, as well as other accessories; furniture and utensils in perfect condition and in good hygiene, so as to restore them, when this contract is terminated or terminated.
