The ‘recently renovated’ caption was very misleading. The cottage was very run down. Broken pictures hanging sideways on the wall, missing door frames, duct tape on the floor. It wasn’t well stocked in the kitchen. You couldn’t walk barefoot in the cottage because it would turn your feet black. I wouldn’t rent this property again.

We always have a great time. I would like someone to he aware that half of the outlets in the home did not work. I feel newly renovated is inaccurate. Although it was a nice stay it was not updated and outlets need fixed. Thank you for the stay

We recently stayed in house 04 for $900 each night. The kitchen drawers were broken off the tracks, there was not a fully equipped kitchen, and the patio on the front got full sun and could not be enjoyed. The visit also consisted of an invasion of mayflies that we didn't even know existed. You would think that we would have received a warning. We had to make do without an oven mitt, a pasta strainer, and a broom. The mayflies had to be swept off the patio every morning before we could even use it. The swarm of flies was so bad that we were getting pegged in the face by them while riding in the golf cart that we had to pay extra for.

We stayed over the weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party and everything was great! The cabin was clean and spacious for everyone. We did run into a minor issue with the toilet and plumbing, but Paul was very prompt in responding and it was fixed right away! Despite the power going out for a few hours from the storm, everything was excellent! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights at Island Club #4 for a bachelorette party weekend. We were overall happy with the accommodations and pleased to be offered a discounted last minute option to check in one day early. We also rented golf carts from Island Club which were easy to easy, delivered to our cabin and worked well for our group. We did make several calls to Island Club while we were there and they were very nice and delivered what was needed in a timely fashion. When we arrived we were missing a couple fitted sheets for twin beds which were delivered to us. We wish there was a couple cleaning items in the cabin. We had ants the first day and the next morning had to throw out food that was on the counter wrapped up tightly because ants got in. We called right away to see if we could have spray, or for it to be addressed. Someone came right away and sprayed inside, they also sprayed outside. We did not have a problem after that. We did notice that there was some mold build up on the upper parts of the walls in one of our bathrooms which was concerning, but there was nothing that could be done at time of stay. I do hope it's something Island Club can address for future stays. Overall we had a good time. The cabin was fairly clean when we came although the rooms/bathrooms were a little outdated. I would recommend to someone in the future. Not sure what other cabins look like but I would maybe pick a different rental house next visit. I did appreciate that there were no bunk beds.

Our group of 6 arrived on a Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning. We ended up with a bigger place than we had booked which was a nice benefit. I would advise reserving a golf cart before you arrive. We brought our car which we ended up using because there weren’t any onsite carts available. We didn’t use the pool or grill but I liked that they were there. Overall the place was clean and had what we needed. There were cups, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils including a wine bottle opener if you need it.

This was a great house-- Close to the pool and easy access to the main road. Only issue was the stupid people who brought glass to the pool and it broke and no pool for two days. Dottie was so helpful and accomodating.

Overall we had a great time on our first ever visit to Put-In-Bay. Being the "off season" there were not any crowds but some of the island attractions were closed as were some of the eating establishments so we were not able to partake in all the island has to offer.Our rental in the Island Club #4 was nice but the unit does need a little maintenance (two drawers in the kitchen were broken, several of the outlets in the kitchen would not retain the plug that was inserted and some of the unit's decorations could have used a good dusting. Also the rear windows on the unit would not lock which makes the unit unsecure but we did not experience any problems. The location of the unit was great for us. It is a little out of town (not within walking distance)but that was not a problem since there were no crowds and very little traffic on the roads.

Hi – I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I was in the cleanliness of the home that we rented. For the amount that we paid and the expectations that you would like in return it is not something I would ever recommend. The showers and tubs and floors were disgusting!The linen’s that we paid extra for were not even fitted sheets, came with no kitchen towels or wash cloths! You expect the dishes to be washed but no towels to use... Also I have attached some pictures – one with a “BUG” on the pillowcases that were sent. There was also concerns with the electrical light in the kitchen being uncovered, as well as a spot in the living room – oh and the one lamp we found a bulb and put in it and it still did not work. I will be forwarding the picture of the bug on the pillowcase that we opened and another.I would appreciate a response back.Thanks!

Cabin was okay, but not worth the price. Number of issues: light bulbs needed replaced in master bedroom, some light had no covers on them, furniture was not that great smelling, seem to be 'musty', shower door in master bath did not close all the way. House 4 was in desperate need of repair in every room and the floors were disgustingly dirty/old. The price is comparable to other locations on the island (even with a groupon discount) and yet we have to bring all our bed sheets, towels and toiletries. So...what exactly did we pay for?! I emailed the management and didn't receive a response until after I left. Aside from a terrible house, the service also poor. I would not want to stay there again and would prefer a refund of some kind.

Also bring a bathroom chair with you no hand rails in bathrooms , but we are always prepared for some of those things. spacious dinning and living room area. A very good experience.

It was better than expected, size-wise and fit us (Grandma, Grandpa and two little families) very nicely. We HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart - the best way to get around! We had a good stay at the Island club. The customer service was great and always helped out when needed. The cottage was a great size for the bachelorette party we were having that weekend; everyone loved it! It was nice to have a kitchen and a good amount of space. The location is great; you are just a few minutes drive from both downtown and the Miller Ferry. The taxi service was always available when we needed them. The cottage could have been a little cleaner when we arrived; we walked into sheets and towels piled up on the counter in the main bathroom. We also didn't have any hand soap in either of the bathrooms.
