Le personnel est super hyper gentil La piscine est bien et en plein soleil Les vélos à la location sont tops !

J’ai été déçu de la chambre que j’ai trouvé un peu abîmé (mobiliers et murs) par rapport aux photos. La chambre aurait pu être plus propre

PERFECT!!

Staff was exceptional! The bedroom, the bathroom and the outdoor area (including pool) were always clean. I loved my stay at Jago Gili Air and I recommend it 100%!! We could also easily rent a bike for the day and book a snorkelling journey, which was very convenient.

Una estancia muy bonita

No tengo nada malo que decirte del alojamiento. Estaba todo limpio y la cama era bastante cómoda. Está muy cerca del puerto, a tan solo dos o tres minutos andando.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que se escuchan los rezos de la mezquita a las tres 4:00 de la mañana porque está bastante cerca

Jogo is the perfect place to enjoy Gili Air and to get a feel for Lombok.

The staff were friendly, fun to spend time with and made our time at the accomodation pleasurable. The room was clean, the pool was fantastic and the service was very efficient. A special mention to Edwin who makes the best coffee we have had in Indonesia.

Modern, Good Value and Very Personable Staff

Modern and well maintained facilities. Location was excellent for getting to port and lots of local facilities on your doorstep. Staff were exceptional and very personable. A great experience!

Local religious celebrations were quite loud and disruptive. No fault of the accomodation and were very considerate checking in and letting us know they would be happening.

길리아이르에는 청결도면에서 떨어지는 숙소들이 많아서 다른 숙소들보다 가성비는 떨어지지만 비교적 새로 지어진 곳을 선택했는데 룸 청결면에서는 만족했습니다. 위치도 메인 항구에서 걸어서 오래걸리지 않고 메인로드에서도 가까워 여기저기 걸어다니기 좋은 위치입니다. 섬 자체가 크지않기때문에 이곳저곳의 스노클링 포인트까지도 쉽게 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 조식은 한가지 메뉴를 고르는 방식인데, 뛰어난 맛은 아니지만 스무디보울도 고를 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

수영장 관리가 잘 되고 있지 않아서 수질이 좋지않은게 눈에 보여 잘 이용하지 못했습니다. 방에서 정원으로 연결된 문은 다른 투숙객들이 다 지나다니는 공용 공간으로 연결되어서 환기를 위해 열여둘수가 없어서 방과 욕실의 환기가 어려웠습니다. 건물 구조가 어떻게 되어있는지 자세히는 모르겠지만 에어컨을 통해서 옆방 투숙객이 피우는 담배냄새가 방에 들어와서 불쾌했습니다.

The best hotel in Gili Air

Superb location on the main street, a short walk from the harbour. Clean and comfortable rooms, a nice added bonus from last year: a closet to hang and store clothes 👌 The staff is super nice and helpful. 10/10 breakfast. Our second stay, will come back for sure again!

Highly recommend

A very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Aircon, separate shower, and tv with Netflix. Water refill station in lobby with cold and hot water for coffee or tea. Lovely pool and bikes to rent. Delicious breakfast, especially breakfast bowls. Wonderful, friendly staff. Owner Winston was great, always asking and making sure things were fine. One of the workers, Herry was exceptional. Very personable and good sense of humour. Location not on the beach but close and also walking distance to harbour.

Ihana henkilökunta ja rento meininki, muutama suomalainen kirjakin löytyi aulasta. Vaikka matkustin yksin, täällä minulla oli sellainen olo, että kuulun yhteisöön ja minusta pidetään huolta. Siistit huoneet, hyvät palvelut ja ihanat aamiaisbowlit ♥️

Fantastisch

Super schone accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Heel kleinschalig, wat erg fijn is. Iedere ochtend heerlijk ontbijt.

Alles was fantastisch. Wel is een koelkast + kast in de kamer een verbeterpunt. Dit mist de accommodatie nog. De lekkerste cappuccino hebben we ook hier op, alleen doen je hier welk extra voor te betalen bij het ontbijt. Dat is jammer. maar nogmaals, verbeterpunten. Verblijf was fantastisch.

A cockroach appeared in our room amd there was no one at reception to help. We had to find other ways of asking for help. Ants in the bathroom as well. Linen might be a little rough.

Está en el centro de la isla y nos dejaron un equipo de snorkel.

- El Aire acondicionado olía mal - Pusieron limpiador en la piscina ( era tóxico ) nadie nos aviso y nos vieron entrar al hotel y tampoco pusieron ningún cartel, nos enteramos después de que yo me bañase. - Desayuno muy flojo - Limpieza… no muy buena - La puerta no cerraba bien y se tenia que hacer muchísima fuerza para poder cerrarla - no tenia nevera ni armarios

Séjour inoubliable

Très bel hôtel proche de tout. On est à 5 minutes du port. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner correct. Grande piscine. Salle de bain agréable.

Il faut payer un supplément pour du café. Les maillots de bains et vêtements jaunissent avec l’eau de la piscine.

Lugar con un ambiente muy tranquilo que te invitaba a relajarte. Instalaciones perfectas, desde la habitación hasta las zonas comunes. Ofrecen servicio de lavanderia y alquiler de bicis, así comos excursiones para hacer snorkel. Los desayunos, buenísimos. El personal, un 10, muy amables y atentos en todo momento.

Este aproape de port, patul curat si confortabil, baie mare, cu un dus exceptional, apa fierbinte si cu presiune, mic dejun bun, totul este foarte curat, personalul este de milioane, iar noi ne-am simtit ca acasa😍Multumim frumos pentru tot si pentru o Asia curata😉😜!

Il bagno e soprattutto la doccia sono stati la manna dal cielo! La prima vera doccia CALDA e COZY che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro viaggio! Camera accogliente e staff gentilissimo!

Buena ubicación. Habitación sencilla, limpia y cómoda. Piscina muy tranquila, con sitio en las hamacas. Personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y facilitar las actividades en la isla.

The perfect place to stay in gili air

Jago is a very good place to stay if you're visiting gili air. Clean and comfy rooms, nice pool area, very good breakfast and super friendly staff. We stayed there for one week and unfortunately were sick the whole time. The team was very helpful, cared a lot and even prepared some special food for us.

Loved our stay at Jago!

Great location walking distance from ferry. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Place is nice, modern and clean and swimming pool is great. Owners and staff were amazing, super-friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
