Our house is in the perfect quiet location, close to downtown Saratoga and the famous race track . Saratoga Lake is minutes away with restaurants by the water and lots of water amenities. This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood that you will fall in love with! Outdoor dining area on the deck and by the pool.

We went up with family for a long weekend at the track. Location was excellent as it was about a mile to the track as well as onto the main street of town which was what our group was looking to do. The pool was excellent and the amount of rooms and bathrooms in the house were perfect for our group as no one felt squished or on top of one another. Julie was great at communicating to make the stay go as smooth as can be. The outdoor space could use a little TLC but that did not affect our stay at all. We would stay here again

Plenty of space for our crew of 8, and the pool is a much needed respite on those hot days. House is well appointed with everything you need and the hot tub is a nice touch.

The house was great and easily accommodated 5 couples. The bedrooms upstairs and on the main level were very nice. The 5th bedroom is located in the basement with no windows and it’s a full size. Not a problem for us but just good to know if you have a group over 8 people. Beds were very comfortable!!
Amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit) were also wonderful and well maintained but there are strict rules about noise and signs stating “No loud music or noise” are posted everywhere. Made it a little difficult for us to truly enjoy those outdoor amenities because we were so worried about being too loud.
Neighborhood is lovely and very close to the track! You can’t walk there but the back entrance for the free parking lot is less than a mile away (2 minute drive). We also used Uber to get downtown at night and had no issues getting a car in a reasonable amount of time.
Check-in was a breeze and Julie checked in regularly.

This house was super adorable and everything listed! Julie was great and very quickly responsive to our questions. It was a great choice for a girls week! We had some difficulty using our phones despite connecting to wifi. However, I don’t think it had anything to do with the house but more the location. We would definitely stay here again!

We had 6 women in their 30’s stay for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable! The house was clean and had everything we needed! Location is what it looks like - a small residential neighborhood, a short drive from downtown/Broadway. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing day and night and were a big draw for us! I have to say we felt the photos oversell the property a little, it was more lived-in and in need of repairs and updates than the photos show. I always prefer to be pleasantly surprised. With that said, the host was very helpful and responsive, and I would certainly stay here again!

Our group loved this rental. Checkin was easy. Everything was very clean. We cooked meals in and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. We loved the open floor plan which made it easy to sit around and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house is nicely decorated which made us feel right at home. The outdoor area was great too! We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend to others!

Backyard awesome! Great beds, sheets, towels. Very good communication with owner. Super easy entry. Lots of room. If someone in your party struggles a bit with stairs may need to check further into property. Couple recommendations for cleaning staff provided to owner. Overall, very nice and location was great!

Julie's house is a perfectly situated and convenient place for a small group of friends to gather and enjoy all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat after enjoying the horse racing all day. The house is well stocked and clean and can sleep 8 guests. Julie was a great communicator throughout!

Exceptionally clean bedrooms with a perfect setup with 3 bathrooms. It was the perfect setup for our family gathering. Each family had their own spots but then also plenty of gathering places to be together.

Weekend with the guys
Coordinating our stay with Julie was super easy. While we were a bit nervous with the noise warning, the neighbors were super friendly and everything went off without a hitch. The house is great for hosting and the hot tub and pool were nice to have during the day and at night. Overall, if you are looking to stay in a quite neighborhood that is not too far from downtown, this is a great place. Everyone had a good time.

We had a great time staying at Julie's house. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. The yard was wonderful with plenty to do and plenty of seating. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend.

Neat and clean. Lovely outside entertainment areas. Would be fun in the summer months to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the fire pit area. The house was nice. We had a great time. Conveniently located close to Saratoga area restaurants and shopping.

This property has everything you need and is central to many things. It is well cared for, very clean and nicely stocked. We had an amazing time unwinding and enjoying Saratoga Springs. Julie was easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We did not want our vacation to end and would love to come back again.

I stayed here along with five of my friends for a short vacation. The house was extremely clean and the location was perfect for our trips downtown and to the race track (about a 5 minute drive). The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. I’d love to stay here again :)

Saratoga Springs, the place to be
We are a family of 10 and enjoyed our week at the house. Julie is very responsive to all communications. After a storm swept through the night before causing a power outage, Julie FaceTimed with my son in law on how to reset the hot tub immediately after receiving a message from us. People have reviewed that a gate was needed on the deck for small children. Julie has an oversized Connect Four game that kept our little ones occupied and served as a gate on the deck. Our only complaint would be an unheated pool especially in June but the hot tub was very warm.

The entire house is beautiful, clean and decorated so lovely. I stayed for a long weekend with some family and friends for a bachelorette and we all had a blast! Saratoga is just beautiful this time of year. My only complaint would be a neighbor who complained that we were loud when we weren’t. Thanks again Julie for being such a wonderful host!

Julie was such a great host. She was always available to answer questions regarding the stay. The house has all the amenities a home would have (towels, spices for cooking, noodles for the pool, etc). It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and 30 mins away from Lake George. Definitely recommend this place.

Julie was great: communication was perfect and the house was full of essentials that even we forgot to pack. The pool was large and clean, the hot tub perfectly positioned. The location is close to almost all major events/highways/eateries. Lots of delivery options for those who are worried about Covid dining. Will definitely come back and explore more!

Great summer getaway!
We enjoyed the property very much and Julie was a very gracious host. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the hot tub and fire pit at night. The park and golf course were excellent ways to break up the day and get out of the house. The city was beautiful and loaded with shops and restaurants but we didn’t get to experience those because of the pandemic. Still there were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy safely for our family. I’d recommend bringing a couple of gates if traveling with toddlers. Highly recommend property!

Lovely multigenerational getaway
Highly recommend this property. Julie was incredibly kind, reassuring, patient, and helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns around COVID precautions and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy her beautiful home. New baking pans arrived midweek which were perfect for our big baking plans. The pool was warm and well maintained. Excellent hot tub and beautiful fire pit. Interior space is bright and inviting and large front yard with chairs, volleyball, and badminton nets also came in handy. Traveled with younger kids who loved all the space and older parents who loved the first floor bedroom, accessible bathroom, and wide, flat shady streets for am and pm walks. Neighbors are lovely and location is convenient to town and all major stores. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to visit again!

Great stay!
We had a really great time at this house. Julie was very accommodating and helpful through out this process. We have kids ranging from 2-6 years old and they had a great time. The only thing we should have thought about having with us was a baby gate for the upper deck area to keep the little kids on the deck, but that was an oversight on our part as adults.
Definitely would recommend. The place was immaculate too.
