Elevator presented a huge safety risk with at times not working. Witness other guests carrying elderly folks up and down 5 flights of stairs. Check in process took 4 visits... they were nice... just confused. Elevator was a concern of other guests too. Many people would not use the elevator feeling unsafe. Floor was filthy. We had a 2 year old that was on the floor a lot while inside and she had black filthy legs and feet.

We've stayed here before in other units so were prepared for anything. We were very pleasantly surprised at how up to date this unit was and the cleanliness.
The location is perfect, can walk anywhere with a short drive for some groceries. Gorgeous view of the bridge, corner of the beach and could easily see fishermen.
Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed the space. It has a wonderful view and a great location right across from Johns Pass. The beach is one of our favorites and there is a lot to do around the space. There are a lot of amenities on property as well.

The unit we stayed in was perfect and surprisingly larger than we expected. It was a bit warm in the unit and a note not to put AC below 72, but being an end unit it took on the direct sunlight and did heat the unit up considerably. We also found a cracker half eaten under one of the living room chairs which is not a food we had with us? There were a few fans that did help. The elevator was slow and hot and was not maintained for cleaniness on a daily basis.

The condo was well-stocked and clean. We appreciated the abundance of hooks for hanging towels, swimsuits, etc. The pool was well-maintained and made for a pleasant change of pace from the ocean which was right outside the back door. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Maybe I mis-understood but my understanding was that 504 and 505 were adjacent to one another. I would have chosen differently had I known. 505 was stellar but 504 was awful. Overall, 504 was NOT CLEAN and kitchen was yucky.

WE STAYED IN 505 AT THE BEACH PLACE. IT WAS UPDATED AND CLEAN. IT INCLUDED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR AN ENJOYABLE BEACH STAY. THE VEIW WAS NICE BUT IT IS ONLY PARTIAL GULF VIEW. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID ENJOY WATCHING THE DRAW BRIDGE GO UP AND DOWN, SO THAT WAS A PLUS. THE BACK (MASTER) BEDROOM WAS DARK AND MOSTLY QUITE, WITH THE RARE EXCEPTION OF ELEVTOR AND GARBAGE SHOOT NOISE. THE TV SITUATION IS A BIT TRICKY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAD SOME TRAFFIC NOISE. WE HAD FRIENDS STAYING IN 310 THIER VEIW WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED AND HAD A FUNKY ODOR. OVERALL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE SAME ROOM IF AN UPDATED BEACH FRONT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. WE HAD A DISHWAHER ISSUE, WHICH WAS MINOR BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT HAD I MENTIONED IT SOONER.

The location is why we stay here since it is right on the beach and easy walking to John’s Pass boardwalk. We had 2 complaints this stay both out of the control of Beach Place condos. One was the public parking next door was a gathering place for 16-20 year olds with their loud vehicles with loud stereos...and I like to have a good time but wow! Second was the beach and water conditions due to high levels of Red Tide causing dead fish to was on shore. There was tremendous effort to clean the beaches each night but still felt gross. Again, nothing they could do about it. Overall this condo is a good value at a great location.

This location was perfect for us. The unit was very well furnished. The only items we wished we had were beach towels. But we have local family that were able to bring some for us. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

The condo was well equipped and clean and perfect size for three adults and two kids. The location had great access to John's pass and view of the bridge. However the downside was noise from the park below as well as traffic.Red tide prevented use of the beach which affected our overall experience.Access elevator is very slow and hot.

Complained to management and was told someone would be up to clean....Mel was the guys name. Never show up?? We were there 4 nights

This place was awesome! Comfy beds, great location, very stylish and nice! It was very clean and I would bring my family back in a heart beat! Loved the balcony, the beach and the heated pool!

We stayed at the Beach Place rm 505 and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. it was a great location right across the street from Johns pass warf. lots to do there from fishing trips, dolphin tours etc. lots of eating places very close by. i would definitely stay at this place again. location location location. the room we had faced the Johns pass bridge but you could see the ocean. could be a little loud during rush hours when sitting on the balcony but nothing to complain about. the only downfall that i saw, and even that wasn't a big factor, but the elevator was very hot inside with no air movement. not sure anything could be done about that since it is hot there but that is really the only thing i would mention. very nice stay and i highly recommend staying here for 3 bedrooms.

We stayed in 505 August 25-Sept.1,2017. It was a very nice condo only drawback was NO washer or dryer. I didn't see that when booking or I would not of rented it. Luckily we had 2 other condos that we rented and were able to use their washer/dryer.
It was very clean and well supplied. Microwave was a little outdated.

Perfect location!
We completely enjoyed our time in #505! Such a nice space. A million times better than staying in a hotel. Great views, beautiful pool area, amazing beach! Friendly staff, convenient parking, quiet surroundings. Walk right under the bridge to Johns Pass. Watch dolphins swimming by from the balcony. Really just perfect!

We had a great family vacation --- the condo was great..... love sitting on balcony watching people and dolphins. Condo is spacious and well stocked with all your needs. Thanks for having a closet of umbrellas, chairs, pool stuff and more.

Great Place to Stay
We had a family vacation and stayed at Beach Place #505. Our view is of John's Pass waterway and the Gulf. We had a great time. I've been here a couple times before and continue to stay in this area for the beach and John's Pass stuff. The condo was wonderful. They had a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toddler life jackets, golf clubs, baby crib, extra pillows and blankets, even a stroller. They also had a few card cards, legos and dominos. Kitchen completely stocked with dishes, pans, grilling utensils. Madeira Beach is very pretty. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs for tanning.
I would stay here over and over again.

Very Nice Condo
We enjoyed our stay at Beach Place #505. The condo was very nice with a great view of the ocean and John's Pass. The only issue we had was there was no washer and dryer in the condo we had to use the coin machines in the lobby. When you have young children and wet beach towels it is nice to have the machines in the condo. Other than that one issue there are no complaints. This was our second time to Beach Place staying in 305 and 505 and it was a wonderful vacation at both.
