A great property in the perfect location. Everything you need is included - from tea and cake to maps. 5 stars!

3 spacious double bedrooms, powerful shower, superb pool table, nice patio garden and everything super clean.

Beautiful house in a stunning location

Lovely house. Comfy beds. Plenty of seating. Pool table great fun. Superb location for walks and eating and drinking. Everything we needed. We did two great walks which both started from the Main Street.

Simply Exceptional

We had a great family time at chandler house, beautiful house at the heart of the city. Everything is just a step away. Pool table is a big big plus, kept us busy all the time. Owners were kind enough to accommodate our early arrivals. Thanks again for the hospitality, will definitely visit again. Cheers

A very enjoyable stay in a good location. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was beautifully decorated, felt very homely. The welcome gifts were a nice added touch. Excellent communication with Julia.

In the morning particularly, noisy from traffic plus people congregating at shops/cafe opposite.

Delightful cottage in the Dark Peak - good location for walking and relaxing with friends and family

Excellent central location. Well appointed and equipped house - deceptively large property. Friendly and helpful host.

There is no double glazing so the house can be cold, although there is a wood burner and plenty of blankets provided. The tiles around the bath/shower need re-grouting.

Stay here! You won't regret it.

Such a good house! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, good hot shower, and well equipped kitchen. Excellent location in a lovely village with great pubs. Parking just a minute away. Super friendly and helpful owner. Thankyou!

Wonderful. Beautiful house in ideal location, glorious weather, lots to do.

The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of added extras, like kindling for the log burner, cosy throws, a bottle of wine, fresh milk and biscuits. The pool table was inspired - we had a lovely evening in. Loved the garden oasis. Our hostess Julia was lovely, and came down specially to sort something out for us.

Lovely accommodation, excellent location

nice and big. plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. Clean, nice little extra touches. toiletries, wine and biscuits. Big rooms, well maintained. Good decor. Location excellent. Didn’t meet the owner but she was very lovely and welcoming on the phone

Toilet flush didn’t work properly. Needs repairing

Fantastic stay

The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped we all had such a lovely stay so cosy and comfortable. Castleton is beautiful and so many attractions and pubs .

Too short a stay but would definitely return

Nicely styled and furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay . Parking arrangements very helpful as public parking is in short supply.

Great location right in the village with parking very close by. The pool table was a bonus as was the log burner. The property was clean, well furnished and had everything that was needed. 2nd toilet was useful with 5 of us in the house.
