Stroll along the prom to the pier, a prominent landmark in Southwold. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. The house is spacious and well laid out and has off-street parking. Most of the houses in the centre of town may look cute but are quite small and hardly any have private parking. Briar Patch is only five minutes walk from the pier and less than ten from the centre of town. Also you don't have to drive through the town to get to the house from the main road. The lovely little theatre is just round the corner. The only slightly inconvenient thing was having to go to the office in town to collect and drop off the keys. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends.
