Great location for our requirements. Good size for families or a group. As clean as an older apartment can be. Beautiful view.

Having to pick up and drop off keys 15 minutes (on a good day) south of the complex. It is deceptive that this information is not given on here. Guests should be aware of this fairly major inconvenience before booking.

Extremely out dated. Old furniture, useless ALDI TV, no aircon, crabby permanent residence, Family photos on the walls no-one wants to see. It's 2022 not 1995.. honestly not worth the money. Oh and Bradman Ave along Maroochy river is very busy and very loud.. Typical sunshine coast tax of expensive but underwhelming

Would have liked a guide to how to use stove top & oven... small instruction in welcome book Would have liked more tea towels. [4] Would have liked extra hand towels ... for bathrooms & kitchen. Kitchen was well provided with everything... thank you.

worst hotel experience ever!

20 minute drive to get keys, only able to pick up between 2-5pm, and return keys also a 20 minute drive, so inconvenient. Had to take out the rubbish bins on first night - 2 wheely bins of rubbish (not mine). Apartment was so much smaller than it appears. It was cold! No heating just blankets for warmth. Fitting car into tiny lockable garage was time consuming and stressful. On main road so very noisy all day and night. Across the road is not beach, but river, more suitable for boats, not a swimming spot. If I'd known any of this I would never have booked. No pool, no gym, no reception. No wifi, no cable tv. So overpriced!

dirty stained chairs, dusty furniture, insects inside, stained carpet, filthy shower screens, smelt musty ( vomit?), over priced $$$, no aircon ( I assumed because it was Queensland that the unit would have aircon as a basic requirement!). Very old, faded furniture which I don’t think St Vinnies would accept. Also on top floor with no lift. we paid for two nights but returned the keys the next day, only stayed one night. The management only refunded $120 “cleaning fee”, even though I asked for one night’s refund.

great spot, lived there as kids so wanted to go back, sadly now so very busy and noisy.

We had to drive into Mooloolabah to collect keys, not used to traffic and parking chaos it was a bit traumatic. Keys available at site in a lock box would be more preferable for out of towners country folk who have driven 10 hours to get there.

Very noisy with road traffic, and no air conditioning to disguise the noise to get children to sleep. The home was spotless. I think if you are renting to families that Netflix or such should be available for rainy days.

Exhaust fan in main bathroom putrid, both toilets "roared" in the middle of the night so loudly, microwave not functioning at all, dishwasher not functioning, washing machine inoperable until we called and found "the trick" which was smashing the lid closed, broken chair on the deck, enough crockery, cutlery and glassware (and not all of it clean!!) to start a shop, colour on the tv strange, curtains off track and missing many hooks.

Excellent clean and well maintained apartment with everything you need. Beach across the road.

excellent location for where we needed to be. Everything you needed was in the room right down to plastic storage containers.

Main road so a bit noisy with windows open, but location and apartment outweighed this minor detail.
