About this apartment rental

*As of September 17, 2024 we became aware that the neighboring unit was completing interior renovations.  Currently, the demolition portion has been completed. You may experience unpleasant environmental factors such as noise, vibrations, etc. during your stay during hours of permitted construction which are outlined as Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 6:00PM, and Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.  We deeply regret the inconvenience but appreciate your kind understanding that these factors are not under the control of the homeowners or our management company. *

Station One is a family favorite on Wrightsville Beach and our “Zipf” unit is the place to be! This beautifully remodeled second floor unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wonderful open floor plan to maximize your ocean views. Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation!

As soon as you walk into “Zipf” you notice the beautifully remodeled kitchen that creates an open living space with expansive ocean views. The kitchen has been outfitted with a subway tile back splash and granite counter tops. The subtle grey hues carry through the space and are accented by stately pops of color and comfortable décor. Guests will enjoy the ample seating options throughout the living space that cater to many activities. Spectacular sunrises are best taken in from the private ocean front balcony with a hot cup of coffee!

The first guest room is furnished with a queen and twin bed making this room versatile for families and other groups. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that services guests and the occupants of the guest room. Just across the hall is the primary suite which includes a private bathroom with walk in shower, dual sinks, access to the balcony, and a king-sized bed. Soothing ocean inspired tones perfectly blend the surrounding and bring the feeling of beach living inside.

Lounge by the pool, play a match or two on the tennis courts, and of course, the ocean is right there! A superb location and endless amenities provide all the makings for a truly memorable family vacation.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, RV's, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W058 - Zipf” as a vacation rental.

The condo was beautiful with great ocean view. The only aggrivating part was 2 keys for 6 people. Not so bad for the condo door, but you needed a key to get in the building.

This condo has a terrific location steps from the beach. It was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property was in great condition. With maintenance stance making sure the property looked its best. The check-in instructions from Bryant were excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is our second time staying at 2C. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family vacation. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and of course ice cream every night. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend - comfortable beds, furniture and well stocked kitchen. Microwave wasn’t working but after I called a small countertop one was brought in. Need to upgrade to keyless entry, but the view was worth the hassle. Great beach for walking or running.
