Felt bad to stay here...not worth for money.. they will do extra charges without extra effort..

behaviour of the receptionist is very worst and not answering very harsh.. doesn't know English.. Rooms are very compact not spacious... Even though we requested to pay extra amount for good room they are telling cancel your booking and go out if don't like it..

I didn't like anything in this hotel, nothing was working and there service was horrible I only booked because of booking.com

1. Room was not clean 2. There was no hot water even after asking in reception 3.no room service even after paying more 4. They took extra 500 for early check in which was not mentioned in instructions 5.hotel manager was very rude, he was not listening at all to anything which we asked 6.we almost followed up for 5 time to even get one cup of tea 7.no proper communication, not able to understand English correctly

Services and amenities including bathroom condition nit good. No breakfast, no soap and tower in the rooms. Such horrible experience first time and now don't want to visit again through Booking.com

As i said, it is not worth to stay in this hotel. Don't book this hotel.

Nothing I liked expect the location. It was the worst experience for me. I never stay again in this hotel.

They are FRAUD guys. When I was check-in they are asking for extra money for the stay otherwise they are ready to cancel our booking. After late at night I don't have a choice, so I paid extra money to them. It is not a good way to run a hotel business. Someone should take an action against them strictly.

Is GST is not included in cost which booking.com showed?? They charged us gst extra And the behaviour of the reception person is something wired... For us it will be new to find out booking ID, i gave booking confirmation number but that guy want booking which was shared by Oyo , later i realised and provide him fro. Oyo chat through WhatsApp, they should have basic details. Clear me on this GST topic first
