Great property…. Just wish there was hot water…

Very nice hostess, clean, but we took the poor puppy that was out front with us when we left… he will have a great home now…

It sometimes took two different tuck Tuks to get to Ozamis, but that was a minor issue

Loud Bell before Sunday mass. It feel like a little too secure. I felt like I was locked inside. But it is safe.

Was nice and the caretaker was really pleasant and accommodating.

The stairs . Steps are too high . Probably tje most common complaint. It makes you not want to go, and when you’re there, it makes you not want to come down. Need a microwave to heat up food.

The place was perfect for the intended use and I would gladly rent again for future visits.

Enough space for both myself and significant other. It was also very spacious for guests to come visit. It was also very clean and I would rent again with future visits.

Maybe think in the future of installing a AC unit in downstairs dining/kitchen area.

Nice place, needs to lower daily charge or increase amenities.

Tata the manager was very helpful, informative, and responsive. She was the best. Place is new, clean, and pretty easy access. Has most of what you need, but a few things missing. Building felt safe and secure. Cooking in was cool, but a few moer kitchen tools would be helpful, like a toaster oven or crock pot.

Recommend getting a microwave, ice cube trays, coffee maker, fan for upstairs, tv in master bedroom, and a better bed in master bedroom. Six nights of poor sleep from a low quality, too small bed.. needs to be longer. Also recommend better bedding for good night's sleep. WiFi was spotty and ran out of load with two days to go in our stay.. very frustrating. Also the church 100 ft away wakes you up every morning at 550 am with a series of gongs, a call to prayer..but it goes off before the roosters.
