Ми відпочивали в апартаментах і нам було дуже зручно, бо кожний мав свою окрему кімнату , а також прибиральню.

Не було мусонних відер , та пакетів. А також будо мало кухонної утворі, саме ножа і т. Д

We'd stay there again, but the heating needs sorting out.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The property is only a few minutes walk from town. Plenty of parking.

Most of the radiators didn't work. We had the central heating on, but it was of no use. I had to use the oven to heat the living area.

Nice, but hot water problem

No hot water when we came in, no visible notice to explain the hot water system. So we did not have hot water in the morning, since we did not notice that we did not have hot water uppon our arrival, late evening.

Short but pleasant. Strongly recommend the Chinese carry out in the village.

Very spacious and comfortable in a lovely setting.

Despite a comprehensive search we could find no television remote controls. Care needs to be taken with extremely hot water and dishwasher was dirty although we did not really need it.

Very greedy company with incapable staff.

Cleanliness

Wifi exist only in a selected few apartments which they tell you AFTER you buy non-refundable deal. Overall construction of building is dated, tiles broken and falling off in bathroom. Price is very greedy. Their staff is incapable of making a business invoice, I checked the box while making a booking, wrote to them on whatsapp and on email requesting a business invoice with company info provided, they are not responding 1 month after booking.

Pretty disappointed with the facilities. Heater for the building was inside of the bedroom, house a bit too dirty.. toilets were clogged

Disappointing

Apartment was spacious inside, modern and fresh.

When we arrived, and after being given the key box code to get in, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were not changed and the place was dirty. It took several phone calls to get sorted, and this caused some stress to elderly family members. We were then moved to a different apartment which was fine.

Overpriced & not worth it. Stay elsewhere.

Location was good, close to the village but does feel a bit like a halfway house. Location was not good enough to justify the cost. Will look elsewhere for the next time I'm in Portumna.

• Exceptionally overpriced for the facilities. • No hot water for the shower - had to shower in cold water. • Everything is done via text message or phone call, nobody onsite. • No luggage storage facilities either at the apartments or the village was a big disappointment. • There wasn't even tea/coffee/milk (powdered or otherwise) available. For €170 for the night I expected more. And better.

Avoid apartment 1

The 2nd apartment we moved to was a lot better than the first.

When we arrived the heating was unbearably hot, when I challenged this I was told it was to dry the floors. Wifi did not work and was not getting resolved, smell in one of the toilets was disgusting. Handle came off one of the bedroom doors, lucky it came off in my hand and not one of the kids. Noise in bedroom 2 when pump came on was way too loud to have anyone sleeping .

Very spacious and clean.

The handle of the external building door that serves the hallway of our apartment and another apartment was not fully working so we were a little worried it wouldn’t stay closed- but our own apartment door was fine and lockable.

Large boiler in one bedroom made it very noisy till 12.30 am due I think 0to Hot water supply to other apartments from boiler. Also very warm with hot pipes near beds.

Has so much potential

Good size apartment

Not very clean, hob was filthy, floors were dirty when we arrived, requested brush/hoover but heard nothing back. Clothes from previous occupants left in drawers, used plaster on bedroom floor. No mirrors except in bathroom, not much good when drying hair etc. Mattress very uncomfortable in main room, had to take duvet from spare bed to try soften it.

Very good

Stayed in 2 bed apartment. Great apartment, very spacious, ensuite bedrooms and living/kitchen area. Kitchen well equipped, inc washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of cooking Utensils too. Location is good.

WiFi was available but unfortunately didn't work during our stay

Pleasant

The apartment had 2 x large bedrooms, large kitchen / dining room and living room areas. Plenty of car parking space. A very short distance from Portumna Town centre and close to forest walk and supermarket. Short drive to Portumna Golf Club.

Large hallway a waste of space. No coffee press. However, this was provided by the management upon request. A pity that after approx. 12 years, the Shannon Oakes Hotel has not been rebuilt after the fire there. The reception part and kitchen have not been attended to and the hoarding around the hotel site is no advertisement that once was a great hotel to stay in.

it’s a great size and very convenient

The kitchen would need some more cleaning, under the unit and couch was very dirty. Also the frying pan, grill was very dirty there was not enough cutlery, bowls, things that you would need to have a breakfast, lunch /dinner I have dietary issues and can’t eat out in most places so I need use of a kitchen

Nice apartment

Clean and spacious apartment. Warm apartment only needed to on the heater for few hours a day.

There was no Internet even though we were told there would be internet. I gave up asking after 3 days of failed promises of restoring the internet. I guess it was total deception because there was a pay as you go wifi in the apartment. Made it really boring for the kids.
