About this house rental
Three bedroom two bath home nicely updated on a sandy tree lined street that's just a three minute walk to the private beach just across A1A. Heated salt water pool with pool floats and a removable child/pet fence. There is a wonderful enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The backyard features a large fenced in green space perfect for your dog. Lovely outdoor seating area with fire pit and tiki torches. Garage with SUP's, surf boards, bikes, beach cart, and beach towels. First floor has travertine tiled floors throughout. The master bedroom, which is on the first floor, has a king sized bed and a flat screen T.V.. Also on the first floor is the large first guest room which has a twin over full bunk with a single trundle bed plus there is a queen bed. The first floor also has a nicely updated bathroom with a travertine tiled shower. Upstairs has the second guest room with a single over full bunk with single trundle. The second floor bathroom features the same beautiful travertine tiles, a stand alone shower and a separate bathtub. Two living areas, one with a queen sofa bed that has an upgraded mattress and a large flat screen T.V.. There is bamboo plank flooring throughout the second floor. Also upstairs, is the dining area which easily seats eight. Light and bright kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a nice sized island with stools completes the second floor. Outside is a large second floor deck, adjacent to the kitchen, dining, and large open concept living areas, with a grill, which overlooks the pool.
The Summerplace neighborhood has a private dog friendly beach that is only a three minute walk away. This area is home to many nature trails including the famous 'Old Florida Trail'. In addition to the private beach, there is also a public beach with a lifeguard, restrooms, and showers just a couple of blocks away. The public beach also has a great authentic Italian Pizzeria and a sandwich shop. A couple of blocks away and next door to the public beach (Wabasso Beach) is the Disney Beach Resort which has two nice restaurants that are open to the public. The beaches are some of the largest sea turtle nesting sites in Florida. A few miles away is the charming yet upscale town of Vero Beach with great shopping, museums, restaurants, ice cream shops, farmers market, and much more. There is also the wonderful McKee Botanical Garden nearby, The Pelican Island Preserve, Sebastian Inlet State Park, The Environmental Education Center, which offers kayaking tours on the Indian River (around the corner from the house), and miles of uncrowded beaches.

This house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and all sorts of spices available to use. The house was clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was an amazing rental and very nice experience. We have stayed in several houses in the area and throughout Florida, and this was the best. The beach toys by themselves were worth 10 stars. My family wants to stay in this house when we come back next time. The owner did great with communication and got back to me very quickly. The check in/out process was great.

We couldn’t say enough good things about this house. Appreciated the spice cabinet as it’s hard to bring everything! The safety of the pool fence, gate on stairs, and the provided high chair was priceless!

The house was absolutely perfect! Perfect location- minutes from the beach - easy to navigate to shopping. The pool was so fantastic- when we had too much sun at the beach it was great being able to come back to the pool to stay cool and relax. The accommodations in the house was great. Too many locations don’t have adequate lounging areas for a family of 5- but this place did!

The top floor was lovely like you are in the trees, squirrels and birds, lizards galore!! The two bottom rooms were super quiet and cool. We enjoyed the pool. Nice to know... if you have older dogs, the inside stairs are a bit difficult for them, maybe people with bad knees too. The beach was awesome, even walked on rainy days.

We loved our stay! We traveled with pets and a 2 year old. The house accommodates having a young child with a fence around the pool, a baby gate on the stairs, and child proof entries. There are beach and pool to for the kids to play woth. They have an assortment of sun lotions, portable crib, and high chair. The dogs also had a little dog cushion and poop bags that we found. Very family friendly place. We would stay again in a heart beat!ys

The house was in an excellent location! Quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Immediate response from the owner ever time that we contacted her. Just be ready for lots of sand everywhere, as the lot and driveway are all sand. A blower was available so we did use that almost every day. The new deck is beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. Almost like bring in a tree house!!

We LOVE this house! The house is super clean and very well stocked with items that we need for the week. I love how close it is to the beach! Kelly responded so quickly to my messages before and during our stay! I can't wait to book this house for our trip next year!

We absolutely loved our Wabasso Beach VRBO. The house was on a shady beachy street with friendly neighbors. It was a short two block walk to the private beach and there was a wagon in the garage to cart things if you needed it. All the amenities advertised were there and everything was in good condition. After spending time at the beach everyone used the outside shower and jumped into the heated pool. It was perfect.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay this property on Orchid Island. The descriptions were spot on for the listing. When they say they have “everything” that’s exactly what they mean. There is everything you need for a truly enjoyable vacation time. We used the bikes, boards, chairs, pool, grill, etc… You won’t be disappointed with this property! The private beach is the best.

This pool home is a great location , close to the beach and has a nice heated pool. Property manager is awesome but previous renters do not treat it as if it was there own. I did communicate with property manager. I have stayed here four years in a row. And plan to return.

We had a fantastic beach vacation at this property! Everything was fantastic - tons of beds/bunk beds, beach gear to use, pool floats, beach towels... anything you could need. There are two guarded beaches within minutes! Highly recommend!

The house was easy to find, check-in was simple, house was plenty big enough for my wife, 5 teenagers, and myself, and the pool was perfect!
The property manager was right on top of any little question we had as well.

This house is very nice and quite a bargain considering the location. Beautiful neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The house has been updated but did not feel too pristine, was very comfortable for us and our kids. Wonderful layout for multiple families on different schedules.

We had the best stay! We like to find properties that have privacy, a pool and walking distance to the beach, and this property boasts all that and more. We celebrated my mom's 69th birthday, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Of all the vacation rentals we've been to, Kelly's house is BY FAR the best appointed, from the kitchen to the pool to beach gear, this house had everything we could need. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the friendly neighbors, and the close proximity to fun activities. We watched a Space X launch from the parking lot at Publix, founds lots of seashells and sharks teeth, went to the treasure museums & the local nature center, and enjoyed great dining - we loved Taco Dive in Vero. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and new memories made as a family.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We love it! It is a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool is great and the house has everything we need. We took advantage of the kayaks this stay and went to Round Island. We love this place!!

We have stayed in many places through VRBO. This home is definitely our favorite!! It is even better in person that the pictures show!! We had one little issue and Kelly had it taken care of immediately!! She was great to work with and very nice. The house is very private yet so close to everything!! The outdoor space was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We floated in the salt water pool during the day and spent evenings by the fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet with an inviting tropical canopy for beautiful long walks. The dog friendly private beach was a short walk from the house. The house was inviting and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen, which made cooking and grilling easy and fun. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a tremendous 2 month stay in Summerplace. The house was well equipped for vacationing just steps to the beach and well stocked with everything that you could need. Swimming in the heated pool, sunning on the beach or just hanging out the location and the house are top notch. We also put all the beach toys to good use enjoying the kayaks on the Indian river, paddleboarding in the Ocean or utilizing the beach chairs to sit on the beach and watch the surf. If you are heading to Vero Beach do yourself a favor and book this place just, please not during January or February as we plan to be back.

The rental house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Everything you need for the beach is there— surfboards, skimboards, boogie boards, SUPs; chairs, umbrella, toys etc.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. A great location and a very short walk to the beach. The pool is heated and has toys, loungers, etc. It was the perfect family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook elaborate meals. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The heated, salt water pool is amazing. Our only negative was the cleanliness of the home with sticky surfaces, sandy floors and used linen in one room.

Loved our stay at this property, checking in and out was a breeze. The location was perfect for us for the beach, golfing and restaurants. The house was very clean, and the private pool was awesome for our group. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to some of our friends and family that like the vero beach area. Kelly was an excellent host.

Lots of space, with room to spare, for our family of 5! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach (just a short walk away) and time spent in the pool - toys, boogie boards, shell bags and even sunscreen and bug spray. We loved our stay at this property! We took a 10 minute drive down the road and swam with wild manatees at Sebastian Inlet, saw baby sea turtles hatch at the private beach, drove 30 minutes for an airboat tour of the wetlands (thanks Capt Bob!) And drove 45 minutes for bioluminescent kayaking. Such a great location! We also loved swimming in pool and playing board games.

Quiet beach getaway fully furnished! One of the cleanest and best furnished homes we have stayed at that are pet friendly! 2nd stay, this time for 2weeks and love the area! Great owners! You can’t go wrong here!
