Lovely place but cleaner could do better for cleaning

Nice location

The place isn't really clean when we arrive. Can feel that there is a lot of dust in each bedroom. Kitchen area is not clean either. Stove top took so long to heat up.

would definitely recommend if it had a good clean!

great location, beds very comfortable, very warm property, excellent drying room, great size for large family.

needed a good clean especially kitchen. back splash full of grease, some drawers had crumbs, fridge was dirty, some bowls dirty with food still stuck on edges, cobwebs in main living area looked like they had been there for some time. left the fridge and drawers as we found them, didn’t use kitchen for cooking and used fridge to store milk only. very disappointed considering paid top dollar!

Did enjoy our stay and would have given an excellent rating if not for the above.

Very spacious with regards to the living area, very good sized dining table; bedrooms very good size and excellent beds and pillows. Appreciated the modern and functional kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery excellent. Very good heating and excellent hot water system. Very good laundry facilities. People enjoyed using the spa. Thanks for the bottle of wine it was much appreciated.

Lack of fire wood, had to purchase fly spray as none provided re blow flies and mosquitoes and ants in the laundry. Fridge and freezer doors would often open; barbecue could not be used due to extensive rust coating and extensive mould creating a potential fire and health hazard. Toilet cistern in main bedroom ensuite only partially attached to wall. Had to purchase diswashing liquid due to inadequate amount provided. Steps at front door very slippery (due to rain) and no hand rail.

Exceptional

Such a beautiful house. We went on winter season and it was surrounded by snow and it was a wonderful experience.

Only thing is there are no locks on the room door. I feel like if the rooms can be locked from inside it will be more comfortable.

Overall it is a great place to stay. I wish to stay in Winter.

Non stick cook wares are all scratched and peeled off the coatings and its not good for health.So need to replace all. Barbque machine was very dirty and we took half an hour to clean it. Need a Vacuum Cleaner to clean the carpet. Also there is no privacy for the SPA, if you mind otherwise it's OK.Close to neighbor and it will disturb both. Anyway Kids enjoyed it. Except these 3 things accommodation was Awesome.

Beautiful Property

Property was ideally located and close to restaurants, shops and ski slope. We enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we needed and the owner was lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this property to others.
