In addition to all of these incredible amenities, this North Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Gulf Shore Drive address is literally within walking distance to La Playa Resort and Vanderbilt Beach Resort, home of the renowned "Turtle Club" restaurant. Also, you're just a short drive to Mercato, which offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
This tri-level townhome shares Sausalito with only 6 other units. The picturesque courtyard, housing the plunge pool (4' depth) with spa/hot tub is truly a tranquil garden like setting.
The unit is accessed directly off the courtyard with the first level providing a small entry area w/storage and stairs leading to the 2nd (main) level. This is where you will find the main living area containing the living room (w/70" smart LG TV & DVD), dining room, kitchen, & guest (queen w/48" LG flat screen TV & DVD) bedroom w/en suite full bath (shower only).

The guest bedroom suite offers king bed, formerly housed two twin beds (w/50" Hisense Roku smart TV & DVD), & en suite full bath (shower only).
The expansive master bedroom suite offers king bed (w/32" Dynex flat screen TV). Newly renovated, state of the art en suite bath provides dual adult height vanities, soaking tub, separate shower & smart/automated toilet/bidet. Sliding glass doors access wrap around bay front balcony.
This end/corner unit waterfront townhome provides wrap around balconies on both the 2nd (off living room/dining room) and 3rd levels (master bedroom) for truly amazing panoramic views of the bay.
