About this apartment rental

Air conditioned four bedroom beach apartment with quality appliances and furnishings. Located right in the heart of South West Rocks. Short walk to Horseshoe Bay and Back Creek. Fantastic for two families. Two TVs with USB outlets, two DVD players, four off-street parking spaces and private yard with outdoor shower, shaded area & good sized lawn. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Relax on the outdoor covered deck with a BBQ and views over Trial Bay and Macleay River entrance north up the coast. The convenience of an apartment close to the beach and town centre with the benefit of a yard. Minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pub and beaches. Pet friendly for one small outside dog only.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, 18 hole golf course & tennis courts, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Had a wonderful stay ,would love to book for next year but I find the 35% price rise totally unreasonable. A real price grab rather than a sensible business decision.

We shared this house with family. It was perfect for fitting our two families (5 in each) and we never felt on top of each other. There were plenty of different spaces for everyone and the yard was a huge hit for the kids. Location was great and made our daily beach trips a breeze. Already trying to work out dates to book again next year!

very busy location alot of light and noise hard to sleep property very dirty and alot of lights didnt work beds very uncomfortable back yard was great and very secure for dogs however not the best experience for our family.

Apartment was dirty when we arrived plates and cutlery were dirty in the drawers. Shower curtain had mould all over it. Floors were dirty

I would highly recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in SWR. It is immaculately maintained with several great outdoor areas. It is a short walk to the shops and only two minutes walk to the beach, park and fishing spots. We will definitely stay here again
