Terrible, everything! Do not book this room.

Nothing, it was terrible.

The location is unsafe, people outside all night long. It definitely looks like drugs are being used and sold from the second you step out of the train station. Drugs are also being done inside the hotel, it reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. The linen and the room smell terrible, like cigarettes. I’m sure the linen is from the 90’s when they rented rooms by the hour. It definitely looks nothing like the photos. I did not sleep well at all, I was literally afraid to. It’s not worth the convenience of being a train ride away from JFK. NOT WORTH THE CONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!! They need to upgrade the rooms, the linen, the lobby, the hallways ( there was blood on the hallway walls), and add security. Please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Booking.com shouldn’t even allow this place to advertise ok their site. Terrible experience!

Devastating

Nothing it was filthy

I did not like that I didn’t get a refund for not staying and leaving immediately after arriving over 500 dollars that the hotel would not refund I’m from another state traveling alone had to find another location to stay after discovering the the condition of the hotel ,ceiling in my bathroom missing ,roaches ,mold ,trash in the hallway .

comfortable & clean !!

the room was very quite & clean which was very good. Bed was comfortable with decent linens . Check-in was easy and cooperative. staff were pleasant and helpful.

the location online said very close to JFK & la Guadia .... it was not close at all.... also the photos used online werevery missleading . we did not feel safe in this neighbouhood at all.

Abysmal

The pictures are not accurate. The toilet couldn't flush properly. My room had bugs. Could hear everything going on outside and inside the hotel. Tv was broken and had lines going down the screen. Won't be stay here again, ever.

Please change you checking in out time to 11:00am or 12:00pm.

Location may be okay but the checking and checking out is very poor. We ha to pay extra $50.0 for coming earlier than 2pm for that day. We were so tired and paying extra money is exploitation. Please tryvand reverse this aspect. Many places is check in and out is between 11:00am or 13:00pm on the dot. Very poor in this regard. Please change.

Change your checking in and out time to be normal.

Room was clean, facility was maintained well

Counter staff attitude less than desireable. Location of the hotel is less than safe surroundings. Too many character's hanging around the hotel entrance and intersection block. Police activity is noticable, but cant hang around 24hrs.

generally satisfied

quality of room was of a good standard, plenty of space , good fixtures and’s fittings and nicely decorated. Also close to Subway station and airport links.

the surrounding location looked dubious. a bit run down was the immediate impression. it was quite late at night when we arrived, so this opinion could be a little bit misleading especially relative to central manhattan where nearly everywhere is litter strewn!
