About this apartment rental
Very well located at the foot of the Signal, Apartment 60 m². Sleeps 7, 4th floor with lift, private ski locker in the basement.
The apartment has just been completely renovated in a warm contemporary high-end style, smoked wood veneers, canopy etc ... It is labeled Alpe d'Huez and has received a 4 * classification by the station.
Good thermal and sound insulation
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large sleeping alcove in the entrance with a 2-place alcove bed in 140 and another suspended alcove bed in 80. These two beds require a little flexibility, so are not suitable from a certain age ...
A large living room 30 m² with good quality new 140 cm sofa bed, club armchair; new fitted kitchen, light gray lacquered and wood, new appliances, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, large fridge, microwave combination oven, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette / pierrade and fondue appliances.
TV and DVD player. Laminate wood look floor.
Separate WC. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, 4 kg washing machine.
A large 7 m² balcony with 2 deckchairs. Magnificent view of Alpe d'Huez, the 2 Alps.
At the foot of the slopes, the Le Stade ski lift (at the foot of the Signal) at 100 m. Roundabout of the slopes (packages, cable car, ESF) at 300 m. Ski back to back guaranteed.
Close to all shops (Games district) Sports center 6 min walk. Convenience store, ski-in / ski-out rental.
A covered parking space reserved in a building at 200 m (maximum height 1m90, watch out for your roof boxes)
Attention for the winter season the rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
240x220 (3) and 150 x 200 (2) duvets. Bed linen and towels not provided (sheets not furnished), rental possible on specific request.
End of stay cleaning is included.
WiFi is not provided, we advise you to rent or buy a rechargeable mobile box (we have an Airbox from Orange, it works very well) or to share co

Zwischenseison
Lage und Umgebung perfekt. Aber Wohnen mit 7 personen?? Im Winter?? Leider merkt man das es kein ferienzeit ist. Sauberkeit konnte besser sein. Staub am boden und Haren auf der Bettwäsche.
Heizung wird eingestellt und das mobile heizgerät ist defekt.
Wohnung sonst gut ausgestattet mit alle Küchenutensilien.

Excelent apartment
Great apartment. We got early so we had early check-in, we called host and there was no problem. Everything as on the photo, even better... Pros: Apartment is equipped with fondue-set, coffee-machine, few games for children, plenty of storage space. Nicely decorated. Location is literally ski-in (but not ski-out, you have maybe 100m of walking to ski-lifts). Parking place is in garage in another building (maybe 200m)... Cons: Maybe cleanliness could be little better, but it is OK. TV-channels: only French. No WiFi... Conclusion: We had great time in Alpe d`Huez, and definitely would come back to this apartment. 95/100

Il dispose d’une vue magnifique, il est plus beau que les photos en ligne , l’accueil était parfait, nous recommandons cette location.

Really smart apartment close to slopes with beautiful south facing view
A cosy, smart, well appointed apartment close to the slopes and right next to the supermarket which made self catering very easy.
There is a beautiful south facing view of the mountains from the.
The cubby hole for the single bed is cosy and would not suit someone very tall but there is a sofa bed which can be used instead.

la propriétaire et la personne sur place sont très disponibles, le plus le stationnement à proximité

Nous avons adoré l’alpe d’huez et l’emplacement de l’appartement
Pour une famille de 7, cet appartement est idéal. Nous avons pu faire dormir nos 3 filles dans les alcôves et elles étaient enchantées. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de l’appartement, son confort et le calme de la résidence. La proximité des commodités permet de ne pas perdre de temps et de passer plus de temps sur les pistes de skis ! Bref, un excellent séjour plein de souvenir de famille. J’ajoute que l’acceuil a l’arrivée pour la remise des clés est très bien Martine est très gentille, et les propriétaires sont accessible avant l’arrivé pour donner de bons conseils afin d’améliorer notre séjour.

Superbe appartement.
L'appartement est parfaitement situé à 5 minutes du rond point des pistes (ESF), retour ski aux pied et à 10 minutes du coeur de la station. Tres spacieux et fonctionnel, il est magnifiquement bien ammenagé avec un ameublement, un electro-ménager et du matériel de cuisine d'excellente qualité. Le tout dans un style contemporain mais tout en gardant un cachet de style "montagne" avec des rappels de bois dans chaque pièce. Il est superbement bien tenu et on s'y sens de suite aussi bien que chez sois...
Le quartier et la résidence (parties communes parfaitement nettoyées tous les jours) sont très calmes, il y a une supérette à l'entrée de l'immeuble, tres pratique pour du dépannage.
Nous (un couple + un enfant de 5 ans) y avons passé une superbe semaine et avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à loger dans cet appartement...
Seul tout petit bémol, il n'y a pas de linge de maison à l'arrivée, prévoir d'apporter le siens (ou de le louer dans le centre de la station).

L’appartement est très agréable, calme, très bien conçu et très bien équipé. En effet au pied des pistes. Seul bémol : vu le standing, et donc le prix, de la location, on se passerait bien d’avoir à louer draps et serviettes. Sinon tout est parfait...

Modern, clean, good view and spacious living spaces
Overall it was a good location for skiing and a lovely apartment for the 4 of us. There is one bedroom and 2 “cubby hole” beds in the entrance hall which just about worked ok, but lack of drawers for clothes, although lots of cupboard space for storing cases etc. Would have been easier not to have to bring own towels and bed sheets, but that was made clear on the website.

Niveau confort, simple mais de qualite et de bonne taille, avec très belle vue.
