We didn't stay for breakfast..

The food was terrible. The beer was flat and when we asked about it, we got laughed at. The next beers ordered we had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before we got served. We didn't feel welcomed at all. Because of this we would not stay there again.

Comfortable no frills accommodation

Room was basic - bed, stool, TV, sink and storage box, but very clean and quiet. Looked like it had been recently painted. The shared lounge had a microwave, jug, toaster and full sized fridge so I was able to store some food, plus freeze my ice packs for my esky - a bonus! Shared female bathroom had 2 large shower cubicles.

Only 1 toilet in the female shared bathroom. Luckily there were only myself and another couple staying there that night. There was no crockery or cutlery provided in the shared lounge that I could see, but fortunately I had my own.

Clean and efficient.

When we left in the morning there was no staff and no signs to tell us how to leave or where to leave the key. I just left the key in the room and hoped that was okay. So some more clarity around this would be great.

Will always be my overnight stop on route from Melb to further north than Sydney.

Clean comfortable place to sleep. Clean shared bathroom. Superb food in dining room. Great for an overnight stop on a long interstate drive for a single person.

Wish they'd had some sort of breakfast available. Never mind, quicker without. At least there was coffee.

The room was adequate but expensive for what we got. Motel in Albury only $76, far better value.

Location was good.

There was no refrigerator or kettle/tea making facilities in room. Only shared bathroom facilities. At $105 for just a bed, basin and television it was very expensive.

Superb

Central location, friendly staff, comfortable room, bathroom had very generously sized showers!

The only thing I noted is there was no toilet paper in the men's bathroom when I arrived, however that was easily sorted, otherwise the bathroom facilities were clean and roomy!

Suitable for an overnight stay but needs a good cleaning in the wet areas

Good location, comfortable bed, sheets and room was quite clean.

Shared bathroom was filthy - has not been cleaned properly in a long time. I almost did not shower!!!

My husband said, only place we will stay everytime we pass through on the way to VIC...

Loved everything about the place, location, room size, bed, staff were phenomenal. Bathroom facilities were amazing...

Just putting it down to short staffing probably, but the bathroom facilities were cobweb, spider, bug ridden... otherwise beautiful facilities. I am terrified of spiders so it was my only negative.. but I bet it's not the hotels fault, just short staffing

More pub than hotel.

It's a convenient stay with the pub and bistro downstairs.

The room was very basic, no pics, no TV, no kettle, nothing. The windows don't open so with 3 in a room, it's pretty steamy after a while, Tha air circulation unit didn't really help. The common area was under construction. The downstairs kettle was ok but sadly had no water close by. The reception was closed in the morning. Not a big issue if the front door wouldn't have been locked. Overall pretty rough night. Don't need to have that again.

Sunday night stay was a bit disappointing

The single room was fine, very small as expected but had a sink which was nice. The air conditioning worked well.

The check-in experience wasn't great. the hotel took their phone off the hook for 4 plus hours so I couldn't confirm accommodation and dinner arrangements for an 830pm/ 9pm check-in. When I arrived I was told they stopped taking dinner orders from early afternoon so I was told to go to a service station for food. The shared bathroom didn't have any soap, and the common amenities room was out of access so no tea / coffee etc upstairs.
