Being just 5 minutes from the I-75 Lenoir City-TN exit and 15 minutes from the I-75/I-40 interchange, it’s the perfect relaxing retreat for interstate layovers, property shopping trips or your recreational headquarters for excursions to the lakes and mountains.
Likewise, downtown Knoxville and UT are just 30 minutes away, making it perfect for city breaks, and university visits.

The home was gorgeous and clean and the owner was extremely helpful and polite. My family of 6 was comfortable and enjoyed the home. The location is just minutes away from a ton of dining options and grocery stores, but is set in the country. We would absolutely stay here again.

We went on VRBO to rent a house in Tennessee to enjoy the countryside and have peace and quiet. The house we got was quite a surprise. Although smaller than what the pictures portrayed, it was a hidden treasure. Upon entering, it was quite evident the owner had put an enormous amount of thought into the motif.The house was the perfect cozy country home from the pictures on the walls, to the furniture, window treatments, appliances, lamps, tables etc. The walk in shower coupled with the heated floors in the on-suite bath were fantastic. All 3 bedrooms were large by most standards and the open concept kitchen/family room was perfect. Last but not least, my dog truly appreciated the laundry room/ mud room since it was the perfect place to dry those wet paws after exploring the large fenced in yard. We rented a house but what we got was a HOME! Thank you Lisha Marshall.

I had to come up with my family for medical appointments and the house was a perfect fit for our needs. My kiddos and our dog loved the fenced in backyard, we had plenty of room, house was clean and the host was incredibly kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in went smoothly with the property manager/owner. Home was immaculate and well decorated. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We visited with family and friends while there. Planning more trips there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home. We spent so much time on the patio out back including late night card games. We had fun family fires at the outdoor fire pit. The owner was so wonderful and when we ran out of propane for the grill, they arrived within 10 minutes with a replacement! We were so pleased! Our son was married at Castleton farms and this was the perfect place to stay with our dogs and adult children and new grandbaby. So much room. Open concept and beautiful kitchen was a plus! Towels and linens were provided. We kept them washed up which was so easy with the great laundry room! Thank you for making our wedding experience even better!!

This is our 4th time staying here. The house is perfect for our family. The location is close to all of the golf courses we like to play. The back yard is great for the dogs. We will be back.

Our second time and it was as wonderful as the first. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. The laundry is also really convenient. It’s quiet and safe and a great place to rest after a day at the lake. Thank you! We have already booked for next year.

This home was perfect for our needs. We live in Ohio, FL, and TN and needed a place to visit after over a year and a half apart. The location was close enough for my son & his family to visit daily, while allowing the FL and OH componenets of our family a place to stay for a week. My parents and sister (the FL gang) had yet to meet my granddaughter (my parents' first great grandchild). It was spacious enough to allow us family time, but to also allow for time apart. The open concept was a perfect place to visit with my granddaughter and watch her play. My 13 year old nephew had plenty of nearby options to fish and ride his skateboard since watching an 18 month old isn't exactly entertaining for a teen.
My parents have mobility issues, so a single level was a must. She also needed a zero entry (or small lip) shower both were available in this house. We made use of the back yard to let my parents' dog get his exercise and spent time on the wraparound porch as well as there was plenty of room to both rock and play cards at the table. We used the gas grill several times for dinner, and the large sink in the laundry room was a godsend for my sister as she, my brother-in-law, and my nephew had just come from a weeklong boy scout camp out in Tellico. We didn’t get a chance to use the fure-pit, but it looked top notch as well. Our only disappointment was a lack of a handrail on the stairs closest to the parking area (where the keybox was located).

Loved it. Impressed with decor and comfort, quality of appliances, and overall experience. Would definitely rebook. Thank you for the pet polcy and the lovely yard for Lucy to explore. Great facing. Fire pit was pre-prepared! Overall, we loved it and would love to come again. The only suggestion we have would be to get control of the pest problem: many many large black ants in every room, spiders and unrecognizable creepers. Over 30 killed inside. They were there on Day 1. Other Thant, it was lovely.

We stayed for two nights for a junior golf tournament at Avalon. It was very convenient and a great choice for us. My 14 year old daughter liked the house and we both felt very comfortable and well rested staying here. We stay in VRBOs for golf all the time, and this was one of our favorites.

Our Ohio family and Alabama family meet in TN every year for a visit. We have been meeting for years and always use VRBO to rent our destination. This property is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. The layout of the house was excellent for our group of four. The quality of the beds, towels, linens etc was excellent. The entire property was top notch. We utilized the wrap around porch, the backyard patio, the covered parking. The furniture was comfortable and adequate for our group. We have found our destination home rental whenever we are in this area of Tennessee again. Superb accommodations! We don't travel with pets, but if you have a dog, it will think it was on vacation for sure. The fenced in backyard is a pet's dream come true.

We loved our stay. The location is very convenient, which is why we originally booked it. We arrived to an incredibly clean and totally stocked house. The decor and supplies were very thought out. We stayed at this property between selling a home and moving into a new house. It was well appointed and has a huge fully fenced yard our 2 dogs enjoyed. It met our needs very well. Very private, good location.

Conveniently located to the University. The remodel of this farmhouse is beautiful. While we didn’t spend much time in the house, it was perfect for the weekend. Comfortable beds and nice linens, master shower fantastic! Every room is great, french doors coming into house could use some blinds. Owner was very responsive to a wifi question. Access to entering was very easy! Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t bring our dog but she would have loved to back yard since fenced.

If you are looking to stay near the smoky mountains this is the place to be. Clean, well maintained and a great yard for the dog to run in. My wife and I where very impressed with the house and the location next to a horse farm is amazing. If you are needing a place to stay in the area don't hesitate to book this property.

A perfect getaway from the bustling crowds and game day hustle. The comfortable home has all the amenities plus a large fenced yard where our lab could explore new scents. We didn’t get a chance to make a bonfire as we did the last time we visited. The accommodation for pets and an RV camper make this a great choice for a small family reunion. The lane up through the pastures with the beautiful horses made for a great morning stroll.

We stayed at this property so we could experience the Knoxville area and tour the Univ of TN. The area was very nice, and we the owner allowed us to bring our dog who really enjoyed the large back yard. The home is nicely decorated with an amazing shower in the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the back yard covered porch. The propery is conveniently located near major interstates. We even found a dog park near by and enjoyed dinner at nearby restaurant in the same park area (Calhoun's). I would recommend this property!

Exceeded our expectations!
Not only was the roomy house very clean, there were no unpleasant odors, air conditioning worked great during a heat wave, and the large fenced backyard was perfect for our large dog. We will definitely stay again.
