Tias - zentral auf der Insel gelegen

Die fünf Häuser in der Anlage bieten alle genug Privatsphäre. Empfangen wird man nicht nur vom freundlichen Verwalter, der theoretisch immer für Anliegen zur Verfügung steht - das Auge erfreut sich auch an den vielen Pflanzen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität - wobei man sich allerdings bewusst sein muss, dass die Anlage ca 35 Jahre alt ist. Nach wie vor gut gepflegt, allerdings merkt man an den manchen Dingen doch den Zahn der Zeit. Knarrende Türen, der Duschvorhang, das manchmal nicht abfließende Wasser in der Dusche. Wir hatten den Großteil unseres Aufenthaltes eher kühleres Wetter. Windig, das ist man in Lanzarote ohnehin gewöhnt. Aber im Schlafzimmer wird es schnell feucht, der Geruch hängt dann in der Bettwäsche ebenso wie in der Kleidung im Kasten. Positiv: alles ist gut ausgerichtet für vier Personen. Der Wohnbereich, die Küche, die Terrasse...sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist gut, zentral, für Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel gut. Handtücher und Badetücher sind im Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Einmal pro Woche kann man Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum Waschen vor die Tür stellen. Kommt man vom Ausflug zurück, wartet die frische Wäsche schon. ;-) Dass eine Bäckerei in Gehweite ist, war toll! Der Hyperdino im Ort ist auch recht praktisch. Auch der Optiker in Tias - nur zu empfehlen! Bei schönem Wetter kann man draussen frühstücken, das war uns leider nicht so oft vergönnt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir länger als bis 11.00 Uhr bleiben, was wir auch als sehr positiv empfunden haben. So mussten wir die Wartezeit nicht am Flughafen verbringen.

Leider habe ich zuwenig aus der Beschreibung herausgelesen, dass es sich bei den angeführten zwei Badezimmern im Haus um ein vollständiges Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Toilette mit Waschbecken handelt. Das war eigentlich eine Voraussetzung für die Buchung. Und ich war enttäuscht - von mir selber und der Situation vor Ort - dass mir dieser Fehler passiert ist. Ich war ganz bewusst auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit zwei vollständigen Badezimmern.

Very pleasant house with pool

The house was very spacious and so plenty of space for the kids to play There was a pool very close to the house All rooms had blinds so very good for travelling with young kids that take naps during daytime

There was no washing machine, which is not a big problem but is pleasant when travelling with kids. There were some humidity problems in the bathroom

Roomy and private.

Very spacious accommodation. Very quiet and private.

Generally very good, couple of minor maintenance issues such as loose floor tiles. Would benefit from a decoration re-vamp. It's a pity there is literally nothing to watch in English on the TV, not even a news channel that we could find. There must be a way to improve this. There is a Bose speaker you can connect to via bluetooth, also a DVD player so we were very glad we had DVDs and music with us.

Great stay in quiet and clean accomodation!

Nice and quiet accomodation, only 5 houses and an apartment on the property. The house was brand clean, equipted with everything we needed and has a private terrace with sun beds. It’s close to the main road (without having any noise), so easy to discover the entire island. We had a perfect stay!
